I had an amazing experience at Cava in Snellville! From the moment I walked in, everything was top-notch. The customer service was fantastic, and the staff worked seamlessly as a team. The manager, Frederic, was really nice, and Izaiah was also fantastic. I loved that it’s open until 10:30 PM, perfect for healthy food late at night. Despite the line being out the door, the staff worked incredibly fast, and I was out quickly. Overall, the experience was definitely worth it, and everyone was so nice.

I love CAVA’s food so much it taste so fresh and good every time I order take out from here! I sometimes get the kid’s pita meal and it’s a good amount of food. Today I got a bowl and so far it looks amazing. I know it’ll taste good though.

We had a GREAT experience today at the Cava Snellville location. Had a lovely conversation with the newly promoted manager, Shasa. We expressed our concerns about other unpleasant experiences and my decreased frequency of visiting the restaurant due to them. She took my concerns seriously and said she would address them with management, which was greatly appreciated.
The staff on the line was extraordinary today! Our experience started with Izaiah. He was very professional and courteous. I am not sure if his goal is to progress with Cava, but he would make a fantastic addition to the management team. Next, Keisha helped us. Keisha has a funny, sassy personality, which lifted our spirits. She is a light, and it was a pleasure to talk to her. Lastly, Giselle rang us up. While Giselle was quiet, her kindness spoke volumes.
We honestly stopped visiting this location so often because not all the staff reflect what I think are Cava’s values. However, today’s team was outstanding! Please continue staffing this location with the professional, upbeat, and fun staff you had today, and we will start coming back more often!

Awesome experience. The manager was very helpful and extremely hospitable. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone. Also, I tried the same meal at a different location but this location did a great job of preparing it. It tastes so much better at this location. I had the falafel bowl with chicken, etc.

Sooo goodt!! Flavorful with plenty of food options. I was very impressed with so many options. All meat had good flavor to it. Nothing I have tasted bland. It was fresh crispy, lettuce and just a good experience 10/10

Every time I come in here, the attitude from the team is honestly disappointing. It’s not just the staff…sometimes management, too. Most visits, I’m met with energy that makes me want to stop mid-order and walk right out. And that’s sad, because the food is REALLY good. But I’m truly at the point where I may not come back.
On top of that, the consistency is all over the place. Some days I get two full scoops of corn, other days I barely get half of one. Same with the protein… one day it’s a full scoop, the next day it’s noticeably less. For the price I’m paying with my hard-earned money, consistent portions and great customer service should not be too much to ask.
If you need an example of what great service looks like, just take a page from Chick-fil-A. This shouldn’t be complicated. Get it together.

Food is usually pretty good and flavorful, but they definitely skimp on the rice portions. Unfortunately, today I found a huge chicken bone in my bowl and almost choked, which was really concerning. Between the light rice servings and the bone incident, I had to lower my rating. Overall the food tastes good, but they need to be more consistent and careful with quality control.

Sydney & Giselle were the sweetest girls! Literally best personalities and best customer service I’ve ever had at a Cava 🙂 right when we walked in, we were kindly welcomed. My friends and I had a great experience with them! They need a raise!!!! Bowl was amazing I love this location.
