One of my favorite lunch spots! The ingredients are always fresh, the portions are generous, and the quality feels worth the price. The food is flavorful and consistently good, which keeps me coming back.

Food is always ready when I come to pick up and the staff is pretty nice. Sometimes the bowl is filled more than other times which is the only inconsistency. Ingredients are always fresh and tasty but can be a bit pricey for what you get. Still, I do recommend it!

Absolutely LOVE this place! Cava is my favorite treat for myself. The food is always so fresh and delicious! I love how healthy and real everything is here. Way better than your average fried, fast food. The employees really make the experience more special, too. They’re always friendly and get my order right every time. Plus, when I order online, it’s always ready at the window when they say it will be. Thanks, Cava Forest Acres, for being the best!

I did a digital drive-through order as well as an in store order for to go order, it was being made when we got there. The wait wasn’t too long. They did forget a few items but outside of that the restaurant is very clean. Staff is very friendly and they apologize for their mistakes.

This is a nice option if you have food allergies. I was able to eat here even on an elimination diet. You can choose a bowl or pita. There are items on the menu, but I always build my own bowl.
I can’t have the dressings, but my bowl always has plenty of flavor.
I also appreciate that the soft drinks have real sugar and not high fructose corn syrup. They also offer several other drink options.
My server wasn’t super friendly, but lunch was delicious as usual! I am never disappointed.

I love Cava and I really love coming to the Forest Dr. location. The staff is so friendly. One of your team members Nylah was so kind to me. I was having a rough evening after work and her customer service blew me away. Keep up the great work!

I had a great experience at the restaurant thanks to Nylah and Kambrea. They were both very welcoming from the moment I walked in and made the whole atmosphere feel comfortable and friendly. Their customer service was excellent—they were attentive, polite, and made sure everything was right with my order. You could tell they genuinely cared about the customers and took pride in their work. Their positive attitudes made my visit even more enjoyable, and I would definitely come back again because of the great service they provided.

They forgot my drink, and plastic ware. When I arrived home I notice my food wasn’t enough. I spend almost $15 on a drink and a bowl. My bowl wasn’t even full. Maybe 40-50% of my food was missing. I’ll attach pics.
