Ordered takeout using CAVA app for pickup.
Pita was not given with the greens and grains bowl even though I had opted for it.
Additional feta cheese added in kids meal which I had not opted for. Harrissa which I had asked for was not given.
Had ordered a side of roasted eggplant of $3+ which was not given.

Such amazing service! I ordered lunch after taking my sick daughter to the doctor. I ordered from Cava because I knew they have a drive thru, however I didn’t realize there were two Cavas in the Blakeney area and ordered from the wrong one. When I showed up to pick up my order, they said they didn’t have an order under my name but offered to help me with my order anyways and made it right away! I was SO relieved because I was just going to have to go home without lunch because I didn’t want to take my sick toddler inside the other Cava location. It totally brightened my day! So helpful and kind! Oh, and the food was amazing too!

Always fresh. Always healthy. Always tasty. Almost always fast (unless there a lot of people that love Cava arriving at the same time). Always a good value. Never have had a bad or poor or average or slightly above average experience. Always great. I’m a fan. Highly recommended.

Every time when I would go in for lunch the staff were always nice and friendly. I always appreciate their service as well. The food was always good and they would add everything I would ask. I always enjoyed their lamb meat balls and spicy chicken. I also like their lentils added to the rice. The one thing I will say is sometimes their lentils can be hard if not cooked well. I did feel going to this location things could have been cleaner as well. Those are my only nit picks really. Go enjoy their food.

Just stopped here right before closing and unlike many places that hate when people come in at the end, the customer service and food here was outstanding! Patty went out her way to offer me a drink from the back since I told her I don’t drink soda. She was so kind. Definitely recommend this Cava

CAVA is always a great place to eat at, the Waverly location is no exception. My bowl was well put together by a friendly staff, the customer service is great and the facility is clean/well-lit. One thing I would say is the air conditioner can be a bit strong and make for an uncomfortable experience.

Would love to give the Waverly location a better rating because I LOVE Cava, but the online order quality control is seriously lacking. The photos below are the last three times I’ve ordered online and multiple things have been off with each. The most recent was a crazy amount of hard, crunchy rice that was throughout the entire bowl, so much that I couldn’t finish it. I’ve had multiple experiences with missing sauce, incorrect toppings, and bowls that are only half full. Ordering inside is always perfect, but I feel like I shouldn’t have to be watching for it to be made correctly. Especially for $12 dollars a bowl! Would love to see these issues resolved.

Only thing was our sweet old lady forgot to ask us about pita bread, we think they forgot the actual syrup for their Soda system, and I received lots of hard stems in my mixed kale greens… other than that, the food tasted [[GREAT]] ✨️
