First time trying this to see what the hype was about and it definitely exceeded my expectations! Fresh quality food and the cleanliness of the restaurant is top tier. I like the fact that you can build your own salad bowl/pita wraps with any fresh veggies and meats you can choose from. My personal favorite is the SuperGreens salad. The lemonade was refreshing. I’ll give it a 10/10 so definitely will be back.

Ordered from here for the first after traveling 3 hours away. I placed the order online. The bowl I ordered was not filled to the top (it was more or less half full) and there was barely any chicken! I asked for extra pickled onions and didn’t receive them. Paid almost $5 for an extra side of crazy feta that was half full! The 4 tiny extra sauces cost almost $6 for them. The sour cream and onion pita chips had an amazing flavor, but pretty much every single one of them were hard and inedible even though I paid $2.75 for them. My meal + the pita chips + the crazy feta came to $21.97 after tax. That didn’t include the extra sauces I had to pay for! This was an absolute rip off! No eggplant dip was on the dish which is very disappointing because it’s one of my favorites! Just an overall crappy experience despite the food being good. I just don’t understand the price point for what I paid for. On top of that… the staff was unfriendly and the cashier acted like they couldn’t pronounce my name no matter how hard they tried. Truly disheartening in every way possible!! Would never set foot back in this location that’s for certain.

I recently tried a custom bowl from CAVA, and it did not disappoint! I went with a base of spinach, brown rice, topped with grilled chicken, tzatziki and crazy feta, and a mix of corn, tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado, feta, and greek vinaigrette and lemon herb tahini dressing.
The portion size was decent for the price, and the ingredients tasted fresh. If you’re looking for a healthy yet delicious and fast meal, CAVA is a must-try!

I called immediately after placing the order. I spoke to a young lady, told her that I have a food allergy. I put on that on app to wash hand and change gloves. None of the instructions I added was followed (per rep). I ask to speak Manager. The lady hung up on me. I called multiple times. No one ever answered. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful. I eat there all the time. I don’t think I’ll be going back there again. Food allergy is very serious. I’m not going be able to eat this food. Horrible customer service. I’m going to put this on social media ….just completely disrespectful. I have celiac and I’m very careful with that. Cross contamination can get me very sick.

Love the food here. It’s always fresh. I realize that Cava is not a final destination for most of the employees and this could mean a possible high turnover rate. On that note, the tall gentleman named Gavin who works there needs to go back to new hire training. His customer service skills or lack there of is negatively impacted the company. No one is asking that you smile but at least make eye contact when someone is talking to you and a little less attitude. Gavin this is a huge coaching opportunity. I have faith that you will turn it around. God bless!!!

I may be cavas biggest fan! I am not originally from this area, however every time I have visited this location in recent months I have received friendly and excellent service. The tall gentleman Gavin has always answered my questions quickly and professionally. Minah also deserves a special shoutout not only for her interpersonal skills, but her beautiful makeup as well! Keep up the amazing work and awesome portion sizes.
