First time ever eating cava. Very flavorful. 10/10 at this particular location you do have to order on the app but my food came out fast and tasted great. Very clean interior. Will be back!

Came here after some friends highly recommended it while we were talking about Cava yesterday.
Right away, I got an It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia vibe—no greeting or acknowledgment from staff upon arrival, even after looking around for signage. Other patrons also seemed confused by the “pickup/delivery only” setup.
Tried ordering online, but the Cava website was painfully slow, taking 30–45 seconds to load each screen. Ended up downloading the app, setting up an account, and finally, 20 minutes after arriving, our order was in.
While waiting, I noticed one staff member at least acknowledged someone standing at what any normal person would assume is an ordering window. A little later, another staff member gave a timeline update, which was nice to see.
I did get a reply when I thanked the staff for my meal, but overall, the vibe just felt awkward.
At least the food was pretty good.
I did check my connection, too, since the cava website acted like I was al using a 56k modem, but nope, that’s not it. Plenty of bandwidth to support a food order. Don’t know what the app/website issue could be.
4/3 update – didn’t think you could drop the ball any harder, but even the automated email system you send out requesting acknowledgment of a satisfactory response appears broken…. Get it together, cava.

Killed a roach on floor by our table. This location is CAVA Digital and offers no counter service. We ordered on the app and everything was made well. Meck Dept of Health needs to investigate roach problem.

Don’t bother. Missing items on my bowl and the food didn’t taste similar to any cavas I’ve eaten at before. Idk if it’s because it’s a digital kitchen but either way the quality should have been better. Probably old food I was served. Definitely was not satisfied and I was just disappointed. I still love cava I just won’t be returning to this location again

“Digital” location so they make the bowls in the back. Unlike the traditional setup. By far the worst Cava that I’ve ever visited… bowls came out half empty.

Very clean establishment and very nice staff! My pits chips had a little bit too much salt for me to have and they fixed my order without a problem! Very good customer service skills ! I always come to this location and I’m never disappointed. Thank you to all the cava staff at this location for their hard work and dedication .

This is my first time at a digital kitchen, and I was so confused on what to do, but Star and Natalie were So kind and helpful. They helped me order my food, and walked me through what to do when ordering. They were so nice, smiling, and really deserve this five star review! Will be back when I’m in Pineville!

I ordered two chicken and rice bowls. I normally enjoy every trip to Cava, but I was a bit disappointed this time. They usually fill the bowl up ( considering I’m paying 12 dollars ) but there was quite a gap between the lid and the bowl… not your best Cava.. There’s certain employees that know how to make a bowl… The ones today might need some more training.
