Has to be the best Cava I’ve ever been too!! Ive visited at least 10+ on my work trips. Never found one with the high level consistency than the one in Gville! The in store management team has this one running like a machine.

First timer with family. Food so good, each person decides in line how their bowl or pita is made. Any combination of ingredients. Delicious. Staff friendly and patient. Casual dining like a cafe. Beverage selection with free refills are unique and special. I had black cherry. Will go again.

The people that work in this establishment are so kind and warm, I’ve been given a free drink a few times there since I show up sometimes just for a drink! They’re all so sweet and the food is fresh 🙂 I recommend their rewards program as well!

Me and my friend had went into this Cava maybe 2 weeks ago wanting to try it. We had never been to a cava before so we were unfamiliar with how it worked. The young lady who was working at the line just stared at me as if I was supposed to know what to say. I told her I had never been before, so she proceeded to walk over to the back wall in a very condescending way and said “what greens”. I still had no idea what she meant so I just chose a random green leading me to be unsatisfied with my bowl. From there the rest of the order she stood and stared at me as if I was to know which things are where. I felt VERY rushed the entire time I was looking at everything. She would stand there and roll her eyes if I hadn’t said what I wanted immediately. Why do you guys act like that?? This was a very disappointing and negative experience and I hope someone can have a talk with these workers on how in the customer industry you have to uphold a reputation. IT IS PART OF THE JOB. You cannot be rude to paying customers just because you feel like it.

The food is delicious! They were very patient and friendly with an uncultured boy from TicBite. I had no idea what I was ordering but they took care of me. I give it a 10 out of 10. I will definitely be back! Yum!

I eat at Cava every time I’m near one since I live far from the nearest location. The food is so good tasting and is healthy as well! I love the variety and freshness plus the cucumber mint lime drink is 10/10. The people who work here are so nice, today they didn’t charge me for my meal since the lentils were not fresh and they didn’t want me to feel disappointed. I didn’t even ask for anything to be comped or discounted, they just did it to be nice. I will always eat here when I’m nearby!

Me and my friend come to this place when we wanna get something to eat while were in town. Everytime we go ( which has only been two times) they are always rude! Everytime you ask for something they give off attitudes in there body language. The first time me and my firend went I saw the service and how bad it was. But decided to give it a secound try. Just to find out it was worse the secound time. They make you feel rushed for the food YOU’RE PAYING FOR!!!!!!! It was VERY uncomfortable and just staying and eating made me feel like i was being judged.
If im paying for the food then I should be taking all the time i need to figure out what I want.

The customers service and food was excellent! I was greeted as soon as I entered the establishment with warm greetings. Eric, one of the employees working at Cava, was very attentive and great at not only preparing my order, but also making me feel welcome. I believe anyone in the local area or even from out of town should definitely visit Cava in Greenville, NC! You won’t regret it! Give all of the employees raises!
