I had both lunch and dinner at Cava. Lunch time was a bit busy and a little noisy, but the food made up for it. As a chef who cooks Mediterranean food myself, I can say their flavors were solid and well-balanced. Definitely a good spot to eat.

I just had the best meal at Cava, and it was truly a 10/10 from start to finish. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned, but what really made the visit stand out was David Jones working his magic back in the kitchen. David is an amazing cook – you can tell he takes real pride in every bowl that comes out. The greens were perfectly dressed, the proteins were cooked to perfection, and the whole plate just came together beautifully.
The team up front was friendly and fast, but David back there is the unsung hero keeping the quality consistently incredible. Huge shoutout to him – he’s the reason I’ll be coming back again and again. Keep crushing it, David and team!

Food was excellent again. This time I brought my mother and two sisters visiting from out of town. They too absolutely loved the food. The young man “David” added to our satisfaction, his customer service skills were great. My mother accidentlyl added something to her plate, and he was very kind and helpful to correct the mistake.

I absolutely love the CAVA on W. Wendover! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made every time I visit. The staff here are super friendly and go above and beyond to make sure your order is exactly how you want it. The restaurant is clean, organized, and has a great atmosphere — even when it’s busy, they keep things running smoothly.

This location got pretty good reviews so I’m not sure what happened when I ordered online today. I ordered a side of lentils, but they were also put on my pita so that when I picked it up to eat it all of the lentil spilled out. There was very little broccoli, which is what was supposed to be in the pita. The blueberry lavender drink is extremely watered down and the sauces that I ordered on the side were only half full if that. This was my first visit to this location… I’ve never had this issue at Winston Salem
