Ordered some bowls for take-out dinner. The order was filled quite quickly and the bowls tasted great! My vegan sister is glad to have options available for her and it’s honestly such a tasty way to feel healthier eating your veggies. Would definitely get a cava bowl again when we’re looking for something quick for dinner.

I placed a pick up order here and wanted to get some extras before we headed to the hospital next door to give birth. The fine scholar working the register has zero customer service skills.
I walked in — They looked at me, had disgust on their face, turned around towards the counter, ignored me, stared down at their phone and started texting. Like… isn’t this where you work and have to serve customers? Lol – that energy alone makes me question where did Cava find their employees? Why am I even here they do not deserve my money.
I spent $50 on 2 bowls of food… wanted to buy more, but changed my mind due to this experience. I walked out with my pick up order.
You would think if you spent your earned income at an establishment charging an arm and a leg for fresh quality food you would get good service. Nope.
On top of that my double protein lamb meat was skimp and the chicken I added was skimp.
Many reviews here have mentioned the customer service not being good here. Don’t work in hospitality of you are not… “hospitable”.
The GM at this location needs to get it together and improve their hiring & training process.
I’ve received better energy and service from many other locations that deserve my business. This place does not.

I come from a different cava from DC and seeing the difference between each other location I go to is great. I like how updated the facility is and how clean and different the line is compared to others. This doesn’t take away from other cavas’, I just really like the uniqueness from all the different cavas based on the local area. Another thing is the customer service. I like to compare other location customer service off my own I give to see the differences and take from to learn. I’m still pretty new to working at cava so I want to learn as much as I can. The customer service and professionalism here is a 5 star in its self. I appreciate both the generous and proper portions they give and how high speed they are with dealing with customers. This place is definitely a must go when I visit here again.

I am a total CAVA fan who eats it pretty regularly! Today I went in and it was totally slammed (so glad I got a pick up order!) and I was nervous to ask for something, but Aidan made it so easy and comforting! He was super attentive and gave me all of his undivided attention. He was so great that I felt a shout out was worth it! The whole team was great and I’m looking forward to going home and enjoying my meal!

The food is fantastic. Healthy, flavorful, with great portions. Service is just fine; very efficient. The facility is clean and includes outdoor seating; it’s a bit cold with all the hard surfaces and impersonal decor but that’s fine.

This food was sooo good! I highly recommend! The staff was also extremely helpful since it was my first time eating here. They helped me understand how much of each item was included and what each item was. The portion sizes were also very large and I had to take half home. Overall I was extremely satisfied and will be back very soon!
