It’s just getting more ridiculous every time I frequent these places. Cava use to be my go too spot for hearty healthy food. Fresh ingredients etc. but I honestly stopped going as much they just keep skimming on your food. It gets to a point like come on! I got the Spicy lamb and sweet potato bowl. The server put these small two scoops of rice I said May I have some more rice he tells me yea for extra money you can like really? It’s barely any rice in the bowl to begin with. Then I proceed down the line and I get two lamb balls and I counted 8 pieces of sweet potatoes I NEARLY LAUGHED SO HARD I had a muscle spasm. I even asked him why Is the portion so small he said because everything is going up. Listen I’m paying for this food and I do not feel like this was $16.00 worth of food. I won’t be going back. This has been happening too frequent. I should get what I pay for. I basically paid $16 for two meatballs the other stuff was just toppings that he skimped on as well. Crazy! ( my toppings are in separate bowl because I like to heat up my food when I get home)

5 stars across the board the night shift here was such a vibe like a late night waffle house, and the cleanliness of the place was better than any fast food place ive ever worked or been to. The customer service quick and faster than chic fli la. and my first time here and the food was impeccable, just like the food from grand turk. absolutely will be coming back

I came in tonight, 3/5, around 8pm for a bowl. I asked if they could make fresh steak because it was pretty low in the bowl on the line and they did with zero complaints, they were actually happy to do so. I was super impressed with the staff around 8pm, there were several of them working efficiently and they were so polite even with me being a little extra about my order. I frequent this Cava often but I was just super impressed with all of the staff tonight really. Impressed enough to leave a review which is something i never do!!!!! So kind, sense of urgency, it was clean, and they were all happy to help. 1000/10 on customer service tonight. Thank you!! 🙂

I eat here alot and I love it. The drinks are refreshing and fun I really like the employees they are so upbeat and enthusiastic. I really enjoy the atmosphere. Every time I get food here julisa kayshawn and the crew are smiling laughing and efficient. I watch this crew work very hard and clean as they go. I’ve never seen a cleaner restaurant. The effort that goes into customer service and maintenance is impeccable.

Kids meal is completely changed. The portion has SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED while price has INCREASED. I got no cup, no dressing, no pita bread — and on top of that the chicken is about freezing cold. This place is scamming and going downhill in quality.

I came here on a stormy evening with my best friend to grab some dinner and chat a few weeks ago. The atmosphere was friendly, service was relatively quick, and the food was delicious. Didn’t have to spend much money cause I just got a kids meal but it was very filling for me. Will be back!

My pre ious experiences at CAVA were much better than today. They were busy, which is fine. I waited 15 minutes longer than the expected time quoted in my email confirmation. As did many other customers. The front line was moving much faster than the back. That was all fine. I socialized and enjoyed people watching. I did not like my salad bowl this time. It was swimming in dressing. Honestly, it’s not even edible. I’ve never had to ask for dressing on the side, so in the future, I will. Pictures show a view of what I got for my healthy linch after a very long wait.

Finally got to my first duty station for the navy and I was missing home REALLY badly. Decided I’d go get some cava and explore the area instead of staying in the barracks. Hands down the best location I’ve been to. Very laidback and quiet despite there being serval happy customers. They gave me the best and most fair portions and provided me with nice service throughout my entire dining experience. Additionally the establishment was well maintained, no discrepancies as far as I’m concerned in that regard. The young gentleman at the front counter in particular was very respectful and served me with a smile. Overall I was extremely pleased with my service and I WILL being coming back. Y’all the best!

Bailey was absolutely amazing! The service was incredible , she was so sweet. It was my first time at this location, and I’m so happy I came. The food was also amazing , everything was fresh and delicious! The service truly put a smile on my face. I’ll definitely be coming back here again. Bailey deserves a promotion , she’s such a kind and genuine person. Highly recommend this place!
