I’m not going to lie. I love CAVA. I definitely prefer CAVA than Chipotle and other fast food restaurants chains. However this isn’t the first time I have gotten sick from CAVA. The first time was at the Rockville location near Pike and Rose. I stopped going there because I’ve gotten sick twice. I took a break from eating there and started going to other locations for redemption. The service is wonderful. The staff are great workers. Truthfully I really don’t believe they wash any of the lettuce they offer. I ordered a bowl with white rice, arugula lettuce, roasted veggies, cucumbers, pita chips, hummus, and yogurt dill. It was really good, but I ate half of it. After the second half my stomach started to feel uncomfortable thinking that I ate too fast. To each at their own risk, but I suggest to not choose any lettuce to anyone’s bowl. If anyone agrees that they experienced this please let me know. I’m pretty confident that I’m experiencing a type of food poisoning at this current moment as I’m writing this with a fever, chills, body aches, nausea, and severe stomach cramps. I love the business, but it will be awhile to trust to eat there again.

I love this CAVA location ! I always get fast and warm service no matter what time I visit. The food is always consistently great, staff are very kind and this location is always so clean. Staff members like Jocelyn always make it a pleasure to come here ! Highly recommend !

I am now a regular at this location because the food is always fresh, very healthy and always the right temperature. The staff here is always another reason to visit this location. Gosselin and Maritza especially are too amazing at customer service at this particular location! They both are super welcoming and over the top friendly. The value for your money is unbeatable with today’s skyrocketing prices. You always get enough quantity and quality to keep you coming back.

However, customer service needs improvement. Interactions often feel rushed and lack basic hospitality. A more welcoming and attentive approach would significantly improve the overall experience.
Additionally, portion sizes tend to be noticeably smaller when ordering through Uber Eats compared to ordering in person. Since pricing remains the same, consistency across ordering platforms is important.
With stronger service standards and uniform portioning, this location could provide a much more consistent experience.

The staff were so friendly from when I walked through the door by greeting me & also super accommodating when I asked for specifics on the line. I prefer this cava even though it is a bit of a longer drive for me they are always so quick and clean when I come in 10/10

Service was great! I called to order a bowl before closing and realized I couldn’t get it delivered and by the time I would get there to pick up it would be 10-15 mins after closing.
I was very grateful that Carlos, my server said that would be no problem since they would still be in the store!
Helped me keep my promise to get Cava for dinner! Who knows? May have saved a relationship! At least made for a more pleasant evening! Thanks Carlos and Cava!

I love visiting the Kentlands Cava! We come here every other week in the evening close to closing and yet everyone is still happy to serve us and they treat us so kindly. It’s a friendly work environment and the food is always fresh at this location. We always encounter Eric at the register, he is so kind and patient, we enjoy seeing him when we visit! We cannot recommend this location enough!!
