I am a long time customer at this Cava. I have seen the improvements over the years. The team has become a stellar group of attentive, engaging, and an efficient group of friendly people. Tonight, I was greeted by Marisa. She told me she is new. You would not have thought it based on her performance. She was personable and fixed me a great bowl. She even complimented me when she handed me off to the cashier. I love Cava and always have but this location has always been my favorite by far.

This was the best dining experience I have had in a decent while. The servers were very kind and very attentive to all my requests. They were very on top of things, I ordered a few bowls and my server Jillian did it all in a flash. I have been in a fair share of Cavas, but this one was different, in a good way.

Wow where do I begin??? This was the best cava bowl I’ve had in my life!! Everything about it was perfect. The place was clean and had the sweetest employees too. A cutie pie Campbell made my bowl and it was amazing! Definitely will be coming back!

As soon as I walked in the Cava in Sterling, I felt the radiant energy as I was welcomed in to my dining experience. With an expansive menu, I was able to select my dream meal with the help of a kind worker named Campbell. I finished off my meal with a sweet treat and couldn’t think about my next visit. This is the best CAVA location around. 11/10 rating.

I am not really a healthy kind of person but I came down here for an event and cava was one of the closed things to me so I decide to give it a try. I order for ASAP and it gave me like a 10 min wait which was not bad. The website was easier to use as when I went to the pre-made bowls I found one I would like to try there. I did not really spend time in the restaurant hence the four stars and the other four stars for the food is because I am genuinely not a healthy foods person. Today I eat several vegetables I did not know if I would like them.

Hila was incredibly attentive and kind, making sure I got exactly what I wanted.
