I’ve been coming to this CAVA CHANTILLY location for a long time and have never had an issue before. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing.
I ordered two bowls, and the employee completely failed to prepare the second bowl properly. She left out most of the items but still charged me for the full meal. I was polite the entire time, and it honestly felt intentional — especially because I asked for some items to be put on the side. It seemed like that annoyed her.
What makes it worse is that I live far away. By the time I got home and realized the bowl was incomplete, I couldn’t go back to fix it. Paying full price for a meal that wasn’t even properly made is unacceptable.
Very disappointing experience, especially as a long-time customer.

It was my first time trying Cava, I was welcomed and greeted by the night crew, one of the crew members named Elba, was especially helpful. She was very sweet and polite. She took the time to go over the greens, the protein, the sauces etc. and my bowl turned out delicious. I had great experience.

My whole experience was spectacular!! Cava rarely misses and this wasn’t going to be one of those times. The food is always fresh and filling. The flavors are brilliant as well. I ordered chicken in my bowl and was not disappointed. Cava is one of the best fast food establishments and this location absolutely hit it out of the park!!

Cava was fantastic! Loved the fresh ingredients, especially the pickled onions and cabbage. There are plenty of options, including cucumbers and vegan choices. The lamb was delicious, and the hummus and sauces added great flavors. The Strawberry Citrus drink was the perfect match for the Mediterranean flavors. Highly recommend!

I ordered a custom bowl through Uber Eats and the portions were extremely disappointing. The super greens and other toppings I selected were barely there, more like a sprinkle than a serving. They didn’t include broccoli at all, and the eggplant dip was maybe a teaspoon at best. For the price, the amount of food was laughable. The two falafel I received? I’m not even sure you can call them falafel. They tasted nothing like what falafel should. Uber, of course, didn’t even offer a partial refund for this order. Really disappointing experience. The bowl did not even taste good at all. Mezeh is so much better. Shame on you, CAVA. I will never order from you again.

It is the same concept as Chipotle or Qdoba. The difference is that food is fresh and tastes so good. Sauces and hummus here are lit. The vegetarian option is also available as falafel. The bowl is super filling. Highly recommend .
