CAVA is a fast-casual chain which makes middle eastern style food for a reasonable price. I liked the Greek Salad, though the hummus (substituted for tzatziki) wasn’t incredible.

I just threw away four bowls of salad and wasted $70 on dinner tonight. The quality of the ingredients was shockingly poor—it honestly looked like they were pulled straight out of the trash.
The steak in my salad was tough, fatty, and barely edible. The rice was dry and hard. There were hardly any greens, and the tomatoes were limp and soggy. On top of that, two salad dressings were missing, so my husband had to use dressing from our own fridge. The final straw: on his second bite, my husband pulled a long, nasty hair out of his mouth. At that point, we were completely disgusted and threw all the food away. Never again!
P.S. Please wear hair nets. This is basic food safety.

I just left this location an hour ago and, once again, the service was a major letdown. While the food and atmosphere are fine, the staff’s lack of care is exhausting. I ordered Onion Pita crisps with Sumac sour cream to go and specifically asked the woman at the checkout if the sour cream was in the bag. She assured me it was, but I just got home to find it’s missing. It’s incredibly frustrating to be looked in the eye and lied to because someone is too lazy to double check/put it in a bag. This is a recurring issue here, and I’m tired of paying for items I don’t receive.

The last two times I’ve ordered from Cava – no dips included and short on toppings ordered. I live a decent distance away so not able to pop back in the car to get there – to get it corrected. I did the survey both times after ordering but no one gets back to you!

Ashley greeted my friend and I with a smile and was so kind!!! The staff here is very welcoming, friendly, and always helpful. The food is so fresh and my favorite spot to grab a quick bite!! Very efficient and easy if you’re in need of a healthy meal but on a time crunch! 10/10 recommend Cava!!
