I came here with my mom for lunch and from the time we walked in Calvin greeted us with so much positivity! It was my mom’s first time being at Cava and Calvin was so patient, helpful and told her his recommendations and even threw in some pita chips for her to try. All of the staff was great but Calvin’s hospitality was top knotch! And the food is incredible. Will definitely be back.

today! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, but what really made my visit exceptional was the outstanding customer service from Laylaa. She took her time explaining the menu, helped me choose the perfect items, and made sure I understood all the options. Her patience, friendliness, and genuine care truly stood out.
The food was delicious, and thanks to Laylaa’s recommendations, I ended up trying things I probably wouldn’t have picked on my own – and I loved every bite! It’s rare to find customer service this good, and she definitely made my visit a great one.
Highly recommend this location, and huge shoutout to Laylaa for going above and beyon

I love this Cava location. The staff are extremely friendly, courteous and caring. They filled up bag and my stomach with so much love. They made sure not to forget my pita chips and get the lavender lemonade I crave. definitely have to come to this location and give them all a raise!!! <3

I used to love the food at Cava. As of the new year they are giving less food for the same price. The food also tasted bitter and like vinegar. Food was sloppily made and was a mess when unwrapped. The soda there was the best part of the meal. Safe to say I will not be coming back.

I just had to come on here and show some love to the Ardmore CAVA, specifically Laylaa. Every time I order CAVA through DoorDash they ALWAYS forget my drink with my kid’s meal, so today I decided to call the store directly. Laylaa answered, and when I tell you she was the sweetest, most helpful person ever? She really listened, made sure my request was handled with care & love.
Her energy alone made my whole day. She’s honestly one of the reasons I’ll keep choosing CAVA especially the Ardmore location. Give that girl her flowers because she definitely deserves them.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience here at the Cava in suburban square. The staff was unprofessional and especially the woman who took my order. She acted like I was an inconvenience. I ordered a salad and she barely put any romaine in my bowl. It barely covered the bottom of the bowl. When I asked for more, she acted like I was the most annoying person in the world and rolled her eyes to her co worker right in front of my face and didn’t seem to care that I noticed that. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. They acted like we were an inconvenience for coming in to order something to eat. It was ridiculous. It made my whole experience there extremely uncomfortable and I couldn’t wait to leave. Even the food wasn’t made with care. The meat was on the colder side and the stations were a mess. The people who work there clearly hate their job. And I wish I could get the name of the woman who was SO rude to me but they don’t wear name tags. All I remember was she had a yellow hair wrap on her head. I will never be returning to this location ever again. Extremely disappointed.
