First time there may not be my last. I think for what they charge for the bowels it could be fuller. The kids meal brings two tony falafels. That’s rude. It had more corn then anything. I think they can do better.

Absolute worst Cava experience of my life. The meat and rice was cold. They forgot my dressing and my half portion of greens to go with the grains. Everything that was meant to be a double portion was a single portion. They must be struggling to stay in business because the portions were absolutely stingy. Anyone who knows Cava knows that it’s usually stuffed inside of that bowl, but it wasn’t even touching the lid. I’ve had cava in probably seven different states and you would think the one in New York would be the best, but it was actual garbage.

Losing my loyalty. I used to feed two
kids athletes once a week before the practice with Kava kids meal – quality of food got worse, no more chips and it got more expensive. Need to look for something else. the portion is half the size it used to be.

This was the first time trying Cava in New York.. The guy who was preparing my order Put the wrong toppings on it but he made up for it lol… The energy was good and the staff were very nice. The food was amazing as usual. It was also the first time that my mother and niece visited Cava and they loved it, especially my niece. I will definitely go back to this location.

Harissa pita chips good, plenty of choices grains greens toppings dressings. Busy line moved fast, location chilly AC tad high, seating available, staff refilled beverages and cleaned frequently. Not overly pricey. Parking outside good.

I had a great experience at Cava today. Food was amazing as always and the workers were helpful. This is not the first time I’ve been to this location but every time I see Lauren at cashier I know I’m going to experience 10/10 customer service! She’s so nice and always greets me with a smile and willing attitude. Definitely keeps me coming back to CAVA!
