The food is good but every time I’ve placed an online order they don’t begin making it until I arrive. On top my order was not fulfilled and they basically put whatever theu had left. Never going back to location.

Been waiting for this place to open ever since I heard they were coming to Cross County. I came in last Sunday opening weekend and came early to beat the crowd. Place was nice a clean upon entry and no line. We both wanted steak so we chose to wait for a fresh batch since we both creating our own bowls. It was the first time my partner was trying Cava eating healthy is so important now a days. Staff were very respectable and I really enjoyed my bowl.

So happy there’s finally a CAVA closer to the Bronx/Yonkers area! I’m a regular at the downtown Manhattan locations and this new Yonkers location did not disappoint. The food was super fresh, the staff were polite. Definitely will be back!

I gave this place a second chance. They have horrible service and the food is not worth the price. The orders are never ready on time and do not tell people when they’re out of items but will happily charge you for it.
