Don’t get me wrong, the food tasted good and had a lot of flavor, but the portion size was really disappointing. My bowl was more than half empty. I ordered around 6:11 for a 6:30 pickup, arrived at about 6:32, and ate right away, but the food was cold. It seemed like it may have been made too early. I’d still be willing to give it another try, as this may have just been an off visit.

Today is a beautiful day because I discovered this restaurant and met two wonderful women working here at 1:23pm on 1/16/26. It was my first time in CAVA and listen the food is amazing!! So incredibly healthy but also so so delicious and fresh. But this store in particular has the kindest warmest employees that certainly made my day! They were so patient and caring with it being my first time. It was so yummy I had to get a bowl to bring to my mom to try. My mom loved it btw it was a perfect Birthday Lunch

Have gotten take out a few times delivered by door dash, ordered through the cava app. The other has either been wrong or the most recent time the bowl was nearly 1/2 empty with very little chicken. You’re better off going in person.

I have been to Cava a few times, I never had good experiences with the staff , at times very miserable. But, today I was greeted extremely friendly by Michelle and Chelsea. They were both so pleasant and knowledgeable of what was on the menu. I love the food at Cava in Warwick, but now even more with such friendly stuff. Thank you Michelle and Chelsea you’re the best!

Didn’t get the bowl I ordered and I couldn’t seem to explain to the girl making it that it was wrong. I’m not sure if there was a language barrier or what. When I told the cashier, she said that the girl made the wrong bowl but didn’t offer to remake it for me. It tasted good and fresh, but it wasn’t what I ordered. They were very slow and the line grew very long behind me. Definitely poor service.

Really great and tasty food! A little busy, but that is to be expected since they just opened. The staff are very friendly and attentive and the service is quick. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The portions are generous to say the least! I’ll definitely be stopping by here often. Honestly my favorite new place to eat in Warwick and I am so glad they finally opened one here!!

I ordered cava on uber eats expecting an amazing bowl and instead i got an entirely different bowl. They got the wrong protein, greens, dips, and it just tastes terrible. Why do I bother to select what I want when they’re just going to give me what they want. And this is not uber eats fault. This is cavas fault. I didn’t want eggplant dip at all or falafel, or super greens, or the wrong hummus. that’s disgusting all together. i wanted the bowl that I ordered and spent money on.

Great fresh food and helpful staff. First time that the chicken was so-so. Chunks were too big and had some gritty and pieces with tendon attached that just weren’t right.
Been quite a few times and never had this problem. So I figure just an off day or new cook? I will still be going back!
