Walked in and there were about five employees loudly arguing in another language behind the counter. The whole atmosphere felt chaotic and unprofessional. When I tried to order, the employee helping me wasn’t paying attention at all — she was more focused on the argument than actually listening to what I wanted in my bowl.
They ended up giving me the wrong order, and when I told them, they remade it with clear frustration and attitude, still talking angrily among themselves. I was just trying to try the chicken shawarma for the first time, but the experience completely ruined it.
Very disappointing and unwelcoming. Definitely never coming back to this location.

We ordered from Uber eats and we got not even half the portions of food it’s supposed to be with items missing and burnt pita chips. We called the store to inform them of this 3 times, the first time we were told we would be issued a refund, I called back a second time to clarify and was hung up on, the third time she insinuated we were lying. This is my first time ordering from this store and I’m so disappointed.

I usually enjoy ordering from CAVA, which is why I was disappointed with my recent dine-in experience. The main issue was the overall customer service and atmosphere.
Several employees were leaning on the counters using their phones, and the interaction felt rushed and inattentive. It also seemed like the staff was unhappy or disengaged, which affected the overall experience. My bowl was assembled carelessly, and although there was a mistake in my order that ended up working in my favor, it still reflected a lack of attention.
There was no line behind me, yet I felt as though I was inconveniencing the staff. While efficiency is important, customers sometimes need a moment to decide, and a little patience and attentiveness would go a long way.
Additionally, most of the tables were dirty, and the trash bins were so full that I couldn’t dispose of my trash properly.
This is a place I usually enjoy for takeout, so I hope this location can improve its in-store service and overall cleanliness. I’d love to have a better experience next time, whether dining in or ordering for pickup.

My co workers and I love Cava. We figured we would treat ourselves to getting lunch delivered. We each created our orders online and got it delivered from this location. When the items arrived the first thing we noticed was that the pita’s on the side were missing. The pita chips we ordered were burnt. And the bowls we received were all wrong. Half the items were missing from one bowl, all of them had the smallest portion of rice and protein, minimal portions for toppings each of us were missing at least 2 toppings. The sad part is we asked for a refund and were refused. We paid $24-$28 per bowl and who ever made them should be ashamed of themselves.

I go to this location at least once a week, and the service is getting worse and worse. The last two times the worker always looking towards her coworkers in the kitchen when all I want is a little bit of hot harissa vinaigrette added and immediately moved the bowl to the register and walked off. One added the wrong sauce because she didn’t restock the shkug. Another was talking on the phone with speakerphone on. Otherwise, food is still good but service is horrible.

My recent favorite fast casual lunch. I really enjoy the various Mediterranean bowls and I love mixing the Pineapple Apple Mint with the Jasmine Tea. The pita chips are delicious but I miss the Hot Harissa pita chips and they should be elevated to a full time place on the menu.

This CAVA is amazing. The staff is super friendly, shoutout to Mario and Leo my bowl was delectable! It is very clean and pretty and the music is a vibe. I recommend getting tzatziki and chips in the side it’s THE BEST. Also the diet Mexican soda is THE BEST.

They ended up giving me the wrong order, and when I pointed it out, they remade it but were visibly upset and talking angrily to each other the whole time.
I wanted to try the chicken shawarma for the first time, but the whole experience was terrible. Definitely not coming back to this location.

We got take out and 5 items of my greens and grains bowl were missing and my husband had 3 items missing from his bowl. There was half a handful of greens, missing dressing and missing free pita. This is the second time from this location. The rice was wet, I couldn’t tell if it was oil or water. Very disappointed. Will not be returning to this location.

An interesting concept for Mediterranean food. The ordering process is easy and all the options are in front of you. The food tasted good and the flavors were delicious. The service was good but could be more friendly.
