I ordered the Spicy Lamb + Avocado bowl. It had a sprinkle of greens; otherwise, the base was almost entirely black lentils. And half portions of most of the toppings. The picture is doesn’t make it clear how unhinged this meal was, so I added the picture of the meal from the website for comparison. It was literally a whole can of beans in a bowl (enough to feed a whole family), 2 meatballs (vs 4), half of a grape tomato (also out of stock?), and whatever toppings they hadn’t yet run out of. I’m embarrassed to say that I paid $20 for this.
I would have preferred a heads up from the restaurant if they were out of greens, so I could have cancelled the order – a call, text, email, or even an in-person FYI and a refund at the restaurant when I got there would have worked. That or take the salad bowls off the menu until you restock so they can’t be ordered. Or, turn off online orders?? There were so many things they could have done to prevent this. It was 3 hours before close and there were a bunch of pickup orders waiting, so I’m sure I wasn’t the only person stuck with a lentil bowl for dinner tonight. Dreadful customer experience.
The flavors were good, otherwise I would have given them 1 star. I’m sure I would have liked the bowl if it were made according to the picture/ingredient list on the website. So, so disappointing. If it’s after 5pm, maybe stick with Sweetgreen or Life Alive to be safe.

I have a great experience every time I decide to eat here. All the staff are welcoming, friendly, great attitude, and communicate to help each other out. I Love eating here and I wanted to take the time to mention everyone who has helped me.

Order a bowl with honey harissa chicken for pick up at 9:30 on 12/20/25. Went home to eat and found out there was NO chicken at ALL in my bowl. Doesn’t even make sense.

I had an amazing experience at this CAVA location thanks to Lorena and Franyelis. I came in right before closing and they still treated me with so much kindness, patience, and professionalism, never once making me feel rushed. Their customer service was outstanding and genuinely made my night. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect, and their positive attitudes really stood out. I would definitely continue coming here as long as Lorena and Franyelis are working — they are truly amazing, lovely employees and a huge asset to this location.

The staff was extremely rude and inconsiderate. We arrived at 9:45 and instead of getting us salad the manger told the employee in Spanish to tell us it was sold out. When it came to portions the manager took the spoon out of the employee’s hand and started removing meat from the bowl. I know you want to go home on time but also be considerate of paying customers. Imagine paying over $50 for a meal and feeling so disrespected. This is a work place. Employee’s should not be speaking Spanish infront of customers. Especially saying negative things about them.
On another note. Wilkin’s was very polite and respectful to us at the register. We would only return because of him.
