100% recommend!! I took my wife out for Valentine’s Day and it was wonderful! The food was spectacular and the service was amazingly quick for the amount of people they had. Very cozy atmosphere and setting. Lots of different events and activities too, will definitely be back.

TOP TIER!!! Cattle Creek exceeded every single expectation that I had ever set when it came to dining. When you pull into the entrance you literally feel like you are driving up to the Yellowstone Ranch. They spared no expense when it came to the atmosphere inside the dining area. Warm inviting lighting and a beautiful stone fireplace. Our table had an assortment of different food and drinks. Every single item was a complete “experience”. The Waygu Tomahawk is pricey but worth every penny. The pastas are all made in house from scratch along with the sauces. Service was amazing and friendly. Compliments to the chef!

My wife and I made our first and last visit to Cattle Creek on Valentines Day. I had made reservations for the steakhouse side for 7:00. We showed up at 6:45, and the line at the hostess stand was back to the door. After all of us standing there for 10+ minutes, they finally came and explained that there was an error with their online reservation system and that it had basically double booked their reservations. We were given the option to dine on the casual side, or we could wait approximately 40-45 minutes at an area on the casual side until our table was ready on the steakhouse side. The manager explained they were deeply sorry and that if we wanted to wait they would give a complimentary drink while we waited. We decided to wait. After 45 minutes of not being offered anything to drink, even a water, we were told our table in the steakhouse was ready. Once seated at the table in the steakhouse, we were finally visited by our waiter about 10 minutes later. He took our drink order. After 15 minutes of still not receiving our drinks or being asked if we were ready to order, we decided to leave. Mind you during our 20 – 25 minutes of sitting in the steakhouse we were seeing problems at every table. People not receiving salads until after their main meals were already delivered. The same tables having to send their steak back to the kitchen 3 times! They honestly weren’t even that busy, maybe half of the tables in the restaurant were occupied. I would expect them to be busier than that on a normal Saturday night.
We had heard mixed reviews on Cattle Creek, but wanted to give it a chance. The restaurant is beautiful and has a ton of potential to be a great place, but they are waaaay understaffed, need to train their employees, and get the kitchen figured out.

My fiancé & I visited Cattle Creek a year ago in march to celebrate his birthday and had a wonderful experience, great food, and a pleasant time. I found out about the place through social media and knew we needed to try it. We live about an hour and a half away from Cattle Creek so our visit there the first and now second time were for special occasions.
Last night our visit was to celebrate Valentines Day and we were excited to try it again and enjoy the night. My fiancé had made an online reservation 2 days prior for 8:00pm. We arrived around 7:45 and when we opened the doors, to our surprise there was a line of people waiting in the doorway, lobby area. We knew it was a busy night so we figured many people were waiting for the casual side vs. the steakhouse since we had made a reservation for the steak house. But shortly after standing there for several minutes and hearing whispers of people complaining a staff member told us they double booked their reservations and it could be a 45-50 minute wait for a table. This had made several of us frustrated since many of us waiting had traveled well over an hour to come for dinner. Eventually a manager came and told us they were cleaning tables and those who had reservations for the steakhouse can be seated shortly. This was a relief and we were sat around 8:13pm. We ordered our drinks and a couple appetizers. The waiter forgot my fiancés pop but did bring us waters and my glass of wine, and shortly our appetizers arrived. No plates were given to us which was fine since our one starters was a salad, and the other was on a large serving plate and easy to eat. We then were asked to order entrees and was told that they were out of the Ribeye and mashed potatoes, but could replace the ribeye with a New York strip. We placed our orders and received them within 20 minutes. My fiancé & I both ordered our steaks medium rare. My filet mignon appeared very overcooked and my fiancés New York strip looked very under cooked. We cut into our steaks and mine looked like it was medium rare but once I started to eat it was very dry, and the outer part was very overcooked, my fiancés steak was medium rare after cutting into it but he would’ve preferred the Ribeye. The sides, appetizers, and bread were 10/10, and our waiter was very good and did his best with the stress of the night.
Overall our experience was fair, our wait time was not very long, the food was still very good, and we enjoyed the atmosphere. It was disappointing that our steaks weren’t what we ordered/wanted since it is a steakhouse but we plan to give it another try sometime down the road.

We had an amazing time at the steakhouse! The atmosphere was great, the service was impeccable, and the food was absolutely incredible. The bread served before the meal was amazing, with homemade butter that melted in your mouth. And the filet mignon? Melt-in-your-mouth delicious! I couldn’t find a single thing we didn’t love. It was a truly memorable meal, and I highly recommend it, especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion.

We had the Tomahawk steak. Cooked med rare. Fabulous! Brussel sprouts were so good and lobster stuffed ravioli was perfect. The cheesecake was dense and creamy. My husband asked if they could make him a Brandy Alexander. They weren’t sure what it was but they attempted one. It wasn’t even close but bless them for trying! Bobby, our waiter, did an excellent job. Would recommend it for a very nice evening out.

The Atmosphere was absolutely amazing. However, the food was not very good. We should’ve never ordered pasta at a steakhouse. However, you would think they would know how to make stuff. My daughter‘s portion was extremely small and expensive for what she got. Had we not got appetizers and dessert, then she would’ve not been full. They definitely have a great place. They just need to figure out how to cook better food. Also, when you arrive, no one is there to greet you. You have to go
find somebody to show you where to go, which I think is very odd. It took forever to get our food and forever for people to help us at our table.

I usually don’t leave reviews, let alone a one star review. With that said, we had reservations at 6pm for 7 guests, very understaffed, we could barely get drinks and the food order did not come out together. Two of the seven guests meals came out after I completely finished my meal, and the side salads came after the main dish. Two plus hours to have dinner and very poor service. Would not make the drive again for this place.

Don’t let the 4 stars fool you, I WILL BE BACK! let’s start with the positive and finish with the light criticism. The land, building, bar area, dining areas, and outdoor space are AMAZING. They have 2 dining experiences, one is the elevated steakhouse setting and the other is the bar and spacious dining area that extends into a staged area as well as outdoor seating with an in progress amphitheater, all surrounded by beautiful pasture, cornhole and campfire circles. There are whispers of even more internal cosmetic and entertainment updates/upgrades to come. The food was really good, very fresh, and the wait staff confirmed, homemade pasta, which is a must since we make our own and can usually easily tell if it’s store bought. The food is cooked absolutely perfect, and the dish I had with the muscles were the best prepared muscles I’ve ever had. The portions are fair but did not leave me sluggish and stuffed, which I love. The wait staff was amazing all around and kept busy keeping up with all of the guests. Shout out to Brittany at the bar and Erin, our server. The only criticism I have is the flavor. There really wasn’t much. Like I said, it was all cooked with love and perfect, but there was no seasoning, from unsalted fries, to basically only heavy cream in the pasta with 4 different seafoods. A huge lack of basic seasoning and non existant past salt and pepper. 2 of our dishes had shrimp, and I knew right away it wouldn’t have any flavor, no color… no color, no flavor. We are all used to shrimp having the basics plus maybe more, like garlic paprika, red pepper, whatever…it had not even salt…for an ocean dish to need table salt added was peculiar. But, the place is in its infancy and has A TON going for it. I really hope the space and culinary preparations continue to evolve and this place becomes a wide area destination. The drinks will speak for themselves, they are other worldly good. I will be back, and I hope to modify this review to 5 starts and rephrase this wording. Keep up the good work…and for the pricing, it’s fair. Because this place is unlike anything within about 3 hours and the time, love and techniques they put into their craft is wonderful. It’s the same passion I have for elevated home cooking, and finally, I see a restaurant in under a 3 hour drive that actually cares and makes me say it’s worth going out.

We have been here over an hour in a25% capacity at best and have only been served one drink. Going up to the bar to get our own drinks with neighboring table’s experiences the same. Not nearly enough help for a Saturday night. Traveled 40 minutes to get here and it’s been terrible. I would never recommend this place and it may be another hour before we actually see any food. Tons of tables here can’t imagine if it was actually busy. Very disappointed. I never complain about restaurants but this is bad.
