The food is good, but service staff just.. doesn’t really give a shit about your experience. Even if you’re the most polite and patient person in the world they just always seem they’re just doing the thing because that’s what they have to do to make money, it doesn’t seem like they actually care. The minute they get any sort of downtime they just group together and complain. I went to the casino to gamble a bit and the lady didn’t even acknowledge me or ask me if I wanted anything. I felt uncomfortable approaching her because she obviously had higher priorities happening on her phone and I didn’t want to interrupt. Maybe it just bothers me so much because I worked in the service industry for so long but I’m just being honest here.

Went tonight to get a burger since I was told it was very good. However, I can’t tell you if that is true because when I walked inside, NO ONE Acknowledged me! 2 of the people that worked there just stared at me for what felt like an eternity! Didn’t ask me if I wanted to sit. Didn’t ask me if I was picking up an order, never said a word to me! A women at the bar with very short hair turned around and gave me the dirtiest look and stared me down! Needless to say I did not feel welcome and left. I hope they don’t do this to people who are trying to eat there because it was the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had and I would hate for anyone else to feel the way that I do now. I’m not a local, i’m here from california so I won’t be back. I ended up at mcdonald’s where the service was great. The people there were so nice! Good ole mcdonald’s came through!

Tess was an incredible server friendly, food was amazing! Got the tenderloin strips and it was a 10/10 all around! The price for the food you got was also very good, great experience all around, we will certainly be back!
