Now we live in Northwest Arkansas and I have lived in both Honduras & Mexico. So my Mexican food expectations are high. With that said, this is hands down the worse Mexican food I have ever had. The place was so cold we needed jackets, the music so loud the cashier couldn’t hear us order and we had to shout it. the writing so small that the menues 10 feet away up in the air and could not be read so I asked an for a hand menu still so tiny it was unreadable. The refried beans had been burned… They still served them. Salad does not come in a fried bowl. Rice looks I stand. The salsa bar haf cilantro & onions instead of pico, 1 green mild salsa, 1 red/brown medium salsa and 1 red hot salsa, pickled carrots that could not be bitten or even chewed…if you are not going to offer crispy tacos on the children’s menu then the soft one should be eatable…. no real options. They did have plenty of lime. My husband’s quesadilla was all fat, he was excited, it was bland it had no flavor. The food lacked salt, it lacked pepper. It was pretty that was the only plus to this place.
We paid $30 for 2 people and that’s crazy for luck of luster food. We will not return
There is one of these in Jenks Oklahoma, I thought they were the same but OVIOUSLY they are not. Maybe had the kitchen and the front stopped chatting for one moment the back would remember they forgot salt in every single thing they made. Jeeze

The breakfast burritos were yummy and the caramel filled churros were delicious! Loved the coffee and horchata, too. The staff is super friendly and welcoming.

It just opened so im not going to be too harsh. Staff is very sweet and friendly. The cashiers and a few others were helpful in pointing out where things were in the restaurant.
I got a chicken and rice burrito which wasn’t too bad. I felt it was a little dry but I didnt get any additional sauce or anything from the available salsa bar.
There’s a lot of seating but the seats are on the smaller size. One thing I didnt expect was for it to be more like a fast food style experience rather than a traditional one. You place your order at the counter and they often bring it to you afterwards.
Definitely not too bad and theres a lot of potential for growth and improvements

I had a shrimp taco and it was delicious. My husband had a steak bowl that he said was good. They have a bar set up for the different sauces and fresh veggies you can add to your meal. We recommend the pickled carrots!

Kinda iffy on the place, the burritos are huge, but mainly rice. Like a lot of rice. Basically your paying 10$ for rice and a tortilla and maybe 2 ounces of meat. Without and queso or salsa, it just tasted mushy and dry. I do recommend to if your out of something please tell the customer instead of just giving a substitute and not saying anything. We were able to get the things missing fixed, but for a first time going there not for sure if we will be coming back. The baria tacos were good but they also forgot the baria broth so kinda defeated the purpose of getting them

Didn’t rate the food or atmosphere because I never got the food and didn’t go in the restaurant. Long story short, used their app, which it turns out is complete garbage, on Monday night to place an order at 5:30, never got any kind of confirmation that the food was ready, tried to call a few times, no answer, then at 7:45 someone from the restaurant called me wondering about the order, turns out they made the food at the time of the order, but the app never updated. Not that big of a deal, we had already ordered from somewhere else, so I asked if I could get a refund on the order, they took my name and number and told me that the manager would call me the next day and get me the refund. Waited two days, no call, called them back and spoke to the manager, my info was taken again and another promise to give me a call back to confirm that the money was being refunded. No call back again, at this point I’m going to dispute the charge on my cc and see if that works, only thing Catrina’s did was take $56 from me and lose a future customer.

I went to the Catrina in owasso and it was the best breakfast burrito I’ve had in a long time. And they are the same owners as the one in skiatook. I will definitely go back for more menu items.

Food is absolutely amazing. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a really good burrito and they came through. Would really recommend it. The interior could use some sprucing up a bit but the food is great.

Order was wrong – ordered burrito in a bowl with a side of guacamole.
I got a burrito, not in a bowl and not with a side of guacamole. I asked about my guac and didn’t say anything about wrong order. The manager yell it doesn’t come with guac and I said I know that’s why I ordered it. She said you weren’t charged for it. That’s was it no other word. So I reorder the guac it’s 9 dollars and bland no salt

The burritos are HUGE and full of flavorful meat. None of this a drop of meat & then filled with everything else. One of the best burritos I’ve ever had. Same for the chicken quesadillas wonderful!
