Called to spend about $100 worth of food and order a large quantity of breakfast sandwiches, the guy on the phone was extremely rude.
I had made a few phone calls to see what they offer, and if they could handle a large order. His customer service skills on the phone are terrible and seemed very aggravated considering I was ordering $89 worth of food. If you can’t handle the stress of a few questions regarding your services, maybe you should hire someone to answer the phone that actually makes the customer feel that their business is wanted.

First time I’ve been here in quite some time. The owners were extremely rude and short. When asked for two forks for our food we were given one, then asked for the second and was given a dirty look. We kept it professional and were very polite. Maybe just having a bad day but don’t recommend this place. Leave your problems at home.

What a great little hidden treasure… we stopped into town looking for a place to catch breakfast on our way to TN. Local Officer that we met on the street recommended Catlett’s. Not fancy, but a really tasty breakfast and the nicest owner!
