The 1 star is for the newer worker Mia it’s really unfortunate to have to stop being a customer after being a long term customer for a couple years now, and spending a few hundred a month on coffee cause they are the best around lake but unfortunately, the way I’m treated by this one particular worker and the way it makes me feel every time I’m in outweighs staying a customer unfortunately!! the rest of the staff is extremely rad, and definitely the best coffee around the lake I also feel that no matter what if you like someone or not you should still provide the best customer service and not treat them any differently than other customers. At your work place’ example of how I’m treated extremely nasty looks not willing to grab my call in orders and taking other peoples orders before mine in the drive through line I hate to complain but I’ve talked to management a few times about This and why would I want to stay a customer to some place that’ I’m made to feel uncomfortable at from 1 particularly employee sorry catfish thanks for the amazing coffee throughout the years though

My husband and I stopped by on a weekday mid-morning to give Catfish Coffee House a try! We were excited to try a local shop and were pleased with the overall experience. The parking lot is easily accessible and there is plenty of parking (though they also have a drive-thru window) and the building was easily accessed. There was a short line and the service was attentive, though a tad slow. The staff were friendly and accommodated our questions and custom order for breakfast and drinks.
We enjoyed our breakfast sandwiches and drinks, along with the chill coffee shop vibe. There was local art work on the wall for sale, along with local message boards and items for purchase. We look forward to going back time and again!

I think the owner is very proud of the great team at Catfish-Café.
Of course, it’s also important that the coffee is great and the warm croissants are delicious, but the crew brings so much good humor to the day that we stayed and didn’t just “drive through”.
We are already looking forward to our breakfast tomorrow.

Food was Excellent! Plain black coffee was ok. Music was too loud to talk to each other and even though I told an employee that there were no paper towels in the restroom, they never got filled while we were there. If you’re looking for a table, there is only 1 inside plus some chairs and 3 outside. But again the food was excellent and reasonably priced. I had the chicken pesto sandwich.

i live in the Bay Area, but my family is up here..so when i visit, im always so excited to get Catfish! out of every coffee shop ive tried, they remain my favorite. the service is just the best; you’re spoken to like an old friend. i only really get an iced white mocha or a smoothie, and they never fail to amaze me! if you need a good, local coffee shop, i highly recommend them!

I’ve been going here for a couple of years when I work in Clearlake. I am always pleased with the service and the food or drink I’ve chosen. Today I tried the Pesto Panini sandwich and the blended mocha with oat milk. The sandwich came with a red side sauce that is so good. It’s amazing. I mist find out what it is. It has a marinara flavor but better and more intense and rich.
Anyway. I highly recommend Catfish Coffee house if you’re in Clearlake.

Such a cute spot! I loved the seating outside and the vibe inside was great. Barista’s were friendly and helpful when we asked questions. There was a regular stream of people on Sunday when we were there 🙂 the seating by the water was awesome!

Absolutely amazing experience! My coffee was perfect, the atmosphere is so cute and inviting and the customer service was way beyond expected. One of the baristas went out of her way to help my husband who uses a cane with getting our coffee. Such amazing people here! We will definitely be back! Thank you for brightening our day.
