I ordered chicken from this restaurant yesterday, and they’ve always had great food. But yesterday’s experience was totally unacceptable. My chicken was fried until partially burnt, tasted old, and I also had a different mix of chicken than I asked for. I called to let them know and I was already home which is 25 minutes away so I didn’t even want a replacement!!!!! I simply wanted to provide feedback. The Manager was extremely rude. Needless to say, I will not be back! I wouldn’t advice this resteraunt due to the lack of customer service skills, and horrible food.

Sorry for sharing a photo of my finished food. Just want to say these were the best wings I’ve had in a LONG TIME. I’m a city girl so I’m use to city quality food. It’s hard finding good spots in the suburbs that sell good wings/food. If you have a wing craving like me please do yourself a favor and stop by this place. You won’t regret it I promise. The wings are normal size wings not those hormone injected wings that are 3 times the size of normal wings. Thank you for making fresh food so yummy.

Their fries seasoning was good, but the slimey old fish is unacceptable even foe the fast food places. I’ve waited almost 30 minutes for my order to cook because the cashier said ‘they make it fresh’. The word fresh means fresh, and you shouldn’t use it if you serving a fish that’s been frozen for months and is smelly, orange and sticky from bacteria. Fresh fish mean you bought it fresh at the fisherman’s market this morning or yesterday.

Never have I ever had chicken this bogus!! It looks old and dry. Taste even worse. (There were only a few pieces worth trying to eat). When does a 20 piece leg and thigh come in TINY LEG QUARTERS??? So disappointed because I’m a regular customer who patronized the other location on Renwick. This is unacceptable. Don’t think I’ll be returning any time soon if ever. Details: order #26 on 1/25/25. First time being at this location. I got here 30 mins after they opened and was the first in line. The cashier wasn’t there, so the cook had to figure out the cash register, while more people were coming in. The cook managed it like a professional and the lines went smooth.
I ordered the 2 piece Catfish fillets and the Doritos Steak Nacho with everything on it. Took about 15 minutes for my order and that’s with the cook taking new orders and cooking the food. I was impressed!
The Catfish was awesome with a crispy outside, a bed of fries and 2 slices of white bread. The Nachos were very good, could have been a little more steak but that’s just my preference.

The chicken and shrimp are usually pretty good. Sometimes if you add to much lemon pepper it will be too salty so be aware. I mean, it’s a chicken shack. When you carry it going, I suggest venting the styrofoam container as it has no steam release ports on the container so your chicken won’t be as crunchy.

We were blown away by this restaurant. We have never been here before and decided to check them out. We had the chicken fingers, fries, and the red velvet cake. Everything was incredible! The BBQ that comes with the chicken was outstanding. So much flavor. We will be back.

Placed order on uber. When I got my food it was missing half the order and the fish when I broke a piece to eat it has hair fried in the batter. They offered to remake it but honestly who would want it remade after that.
