We visited Caterina’s for a bachelorette trip dinner and it was the perfect spot! Highly recommend making a reservation, as it’s a fairly small restaurant. They do take your phones when you enter, but they allow pictures if you have a digital camera or something similar. The food was great, and served family style, so our group of 8 shared a little bit of everything. Our favorite dishes included the jumbo shrimp, spaghetti and the rigatoni! Our server, Brittani was fabulous and really knew her stuff. Would highly recommend for date night or girls night.

We had such a great time at Caterinas! Shay was our server and she was awesome — super friendly, easy to talk to, and really on top of everything. The music got a little loud at one point, and she went out of her way to take care of it for us, which we really appreciated. This was the second time she served us and she was on point both times!
And the food… wow. Everything we ordered was absolutely incredible. Not a single miss — every dish was packed with flavor and just so, so good. We left happy, full, and already talking about coming back. Highly recommend the restaurant and asking for Shay to be your server!!

I waited for a long time to try this place after hearing great things.. The ambience and vibes are great, lovely atmosphere. Service was excellent and warm and definitely kept me from walking out. The food was nothing impressive or special at all. The best part of me and my wife’s meal was our appetizers that were good but nothing special once again. The gnocci was okay but the sauce was not flavorful and cold. The rigatoni was decent but once again nothing special and the same sauce and pasta as any other Italian restaurant for a third of the price. For our last courses we had the lobster and roasted chicken. My wife liked the chicken but it was literally just roasted chicken that had less flavor than a walmart or costco rotisserie chicken. I had the lobster and the lobster was alright but not great. The sauce and 3 or 4 ravioli they give u was not good, flavor was all over the place and did not work. I sent back the gnocci and the lobster and my wife wanted to send back the chicken but felt bad. Even after all that the total was 177$. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone for good food. Maybe apps and drinks, but if u are looking for the best Italian, u can have a way better meal at olive garden for way less money. And I love Italian food which is why I can confidently say that this food is mediocre at best. Way overpriced and very underwhelming. Saviannos in euless has way better food and vibes for literally a third of the price.

OH MY GOSH!!
First time ever eating here and we have already made reservations for next weekend. I really had no idea what to expect but man was it good. Starting with the welcome glass of Prosecco to be Sat in a section with the most wonderful server ever I could not have asked for better experience. Shay was absolutely fabulous and honestly made our experience even better. She was quick and attentive and also just so fun and Such an easy person to talk to, and again enhance our whole experience. Like I said, we have already planned to come back in six days and we asked Shay If she would be working just to ensure we show up on her shift and are going to be able to sit at her section because she truly made the experience what it was. We’ll definitely keep coming back and even coming back more as long as Shay’s our server.

So delicious, elegant, and fun. It’s true, you can not have your cell phone in the main restaurant, they lock them up in a phone sleeve that you keep with you until the end of your meal, I was not excited about not being able to have access to my phone but must admit the experience at dinner with dedicated attention to the meal and conversation was appreciated. They have a nice quaint bar in the lobby where you can have a drink before dinner and before they seat you. The service and food was also very exceptional, come with an appetite, they have a traditional Italian coursing. The one downside to the meal was that they were out of tiramisu so we didn’t end up having dessert, otherwise it was a 5 star experience.

I’m blown away by this place. Everything I ate was phenomenal. I came for Sunday lunch on a slow day, and best decision I could’ve made. Priced fairly high, but great experience and amazing quality food! 10/10!

I have been to this place a few times and every time it was excellent however I took my family a few weeks ago and I was disappointed in our service. We had a reservation and from the get-go we felt rushed. When we placed our order for appetizers, we said that was it for now and our waitress in what we felt was said in a rude way said “that’s the whole order??” But never clarified we had to place our whole order because the kitchen was going to close. My mom then ordered the chicken and gnocchi soup and when it arrived, it didn’t have gnocchi pasta because my mom looked for it before eating it. We asked our waitress if the gnocchi pasta was in her dish and she took it back to the kitchen to ask the chef and when she came back, she brought a new soup with the gnocchi on the side and said ” I brought the gnocchi on the side, the chef said you might have ate it because it was small” the gnocchi was fairly large and could be seen once it was mixed in the soup. We thought the comment was not necessary and quite frankly rude. That experience left a bad taste in our mouth, and it’s very disappointing because my past experience was much better.

Lovely ambience. We arrived early on a weekday and we were the only ones at the bar, but we got all the attention from the bartender. She was so knowledgeable about all the cocktails and literally walked us through every single specialty cocktail to help us make the best decision. This is a no Cell phone environment and take your cell phones and lock them up so that you can enjoy your dining experience. This is the first time I’ve been to a place that does this. They really do care about your dining experience. We didn’t have dinner here. We only had drinks, but the drinks were delicious. I really liked how they treated you with a cocktail when you came, it was a Prosecco rosé that they gave you a glass of while they were locking up your cell phones

I wanted to love this place bc we really enjoyed our dinner at Lonesome Dove, (same chef, owner). Didn’t mind locking up the phones at all and the service was great but the food was a huge disappointment. The bread appetizer was under cooked (we had 3 different samples and all 3 were undercooked and bad). The Caesar salad was okay but nothing significant and then our main dish…oh boy, neither were good. The bass came on a bed of beans ( we found that to be an odd pairing) both bass and beans were very mushy. The jumbo shrimp was chewy and the sauce they served it on was blah. Was really expecting something great knowing the price was $100/ head. Overall, greatly disappointed

We absolutely loved this place! My boyfriend and I had the meatballs, caprese salad, spaghetti, rigatoni, and doughnuts… everything was so good! Nothing disappointed even the slightest. Services was 10/10 and no reason to complain about the phones being taken here, I loved the company I had at the table! We will be coming back!
