I’ve had them for nearly 10 years and recently they changed their menu without any notification. Now the options are so limited you’re eating the same things everyday.

I got sick from the food on the first day after it was delivered. It was delivered by UPS and was clearly not kept cold enough by the packaging. They also packed it in a narrow and tall box and UPS dropped it at my door lying on its side, so all the meals were mixed together into mush. The food doesn’t even taste good. Straight in the garbage.

Multiple issues with their service and I can’t get any communication from their owner to resolve this. I’ve called a few times and rep has let me know that he’s been emailing the owner about my issues but no call or email in response. Here is a photo of how my food was delivered and left on my doorstep. Was charged for a cooler bag and never received. Food cannot be left out in the elements like this…

The food is decent and the daily deliveries is a plus. Most food delivery companies only deliver once a week which I do not like. the problem I have with this company is that their packaging is totally unconscious and bad for the planet. The boxes that the food comes in are number five plastic, which is not recyclable. Every food delivery has a throwaway cooler pack. They could easily have reusable cooler packs that could be returned, cleaned, and reused. cook unity uses Recyclable cardboard food boxes, which are much much better. This company can definitely do better with their packaging.

Surprisingly great food! In restaurants this would cost about 3 times the price! I’ve tried many of their dishes, cause my kids would take what they thought looked better, leaving me with food trays I did not even order However everything I’ve tasted so far is excellent.

I’m a real customer, rarely do Google reviews, and super hard to please. I’m picky and routinely have unrealistic expectations. My expectations are rarely met let alone exceeded.
I’ve tried most of the local and national meal delivery companies. All have issues with consistency, quality, portion size, reliability, and variety. Last month I started with Catered Fit–four athlete portion meals per day. After 30 days my expectations have been exceeded: they’re vastly superior to any competitors. I’m yet to dislike a meal or see the same meal twice. Each meal is plated with care and it’s obvious they’re not putting profits before using quality ingredients. They’re also competitively priced and have great customer service.
I want to thank George Santana and the rest of the Catered Fit team personally and publicly. Thank you for exceeding my expectations!

As a formed fitness competitor and nutrition enthusiast, I have tried tons of meal delivery services and none compare to Catered Fit! The quality, the variety and the service are second to none. I never got tired of the food and certainly loved the extra time it afforded me since I didn’t have to cook, grocery shop as much or clean. Best investment. Once I’m back from living abroad I will definitely use them again!

A) CF is no longer in Ft. Lauderdale (Davie is where they really were…), B) IMHO, their customer service is the pits (What Customer Service?!), C) They do not apologize or admit that their shipping services (UPS here in FL) when failed (often UPS doesn’t show up until dark, after you’ve expected the food to be available TO EAT…), are insufficient, D) Why would they move and not tell the client?, E) You make a simple request to completely remove Sliders and they balk?! Etc.
