Excellent service, exceedingly friendly staff. Literally everyone we interacted with was super friendly, asking us whether it was our first time there, if we had questions, what we were celebrating, etc. Very cognizant regarding allergy concerns. Menu clearly states what is gluten free.

I came for a new food experience and we received just that! I was made to feel extremely comfortable and seen. From the maître d, waitress to the fully involved manager, your personal service was truly appreciated. I was amazed at the decor, especially the cleanliness. Not an insect in the place… A+++. We enjoyed the food, well seasoned. I noticed there wasn’t any salt and pepper on the table which was assuring that the chef was confident in their dishes… A+++. The atmosphere was so laid back and totally refreshing. From researching the menu, I was prepared for an exquisite dining experience to share with my son and his wife to celebrate his upcoming birthday. My recommendation to anyone is to please give this restaurant a try. Bring your pocketbook full. But you won’t be disappointed. I’m not sure if it’s reservation only, but I made mine online in advance.

The newly redesigned patio and modern open air seating was stunning. This is our go-to for anything celebratory and tonight we brought the kids to celebrate with us. Our seats were perfect, service was top notch too. We had ribeye, filet, spicy grouper sandwich and wagyu burger. All cooked to perfection with flavorful and unexpected dipping sauces. Our server suggested I try the lavender cocktail, it was refreshing and pallette cleansing as promised. The warm apple tart was the exact portion you’d want after a hearty meal. It was beautiful and Hand crafted. Our youngest, who is obsessed with doughnuts, reveled in the beautiful beignets. Hubs and I shared a brownie sundae. You need 2-3 people to eat one. Share it! The brownie seemed to be straight from the oven. All the sauces were magical. So glad we chose Catablu to make the celebration special!

Great fine dining in Fort Wayne! Loved every aspect of this restaurant, but the food was especially tasty and creative. We had the crispy brussel sprouts, apple blueberry salad, pan roasted faroe island salmon, and a wonderfully cooked ribeye. All was fantastic! We will be back!

Had a dinner party here for our office staff 11-22-2022. Server (Jessica) and Bartender (?) were very friendly and took care of us promptly and efficiently. Dinner menu had great choices and the food was impeccable. Steaks were cooked to perfection at Medium Rare. Mixed drinks were well poured and tasty. Overall atmosphere was quiet, inviting, and cozy for either a party of two or in a group setting such as ours. Will definitely return to try other menu items and for the service!

Traveling often for work can make you appreciate a good spot when you’ve found one. The service at Catablu Grille was great from the hostess, to the waitress, to the food runner. The food was delicious. I ordered the lemon feta dip and the Mediterranean salad with Salmon added. I’m glad Mackenzie clarified whether I’d rather have the dinner or smaller size salad. The option I chose was definitely better for me. I will come back next time I’m in Fort Wayne!

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Fort Wayne. I love their staples; shrimp, apple blueberry goat cheese salad, brownie sundae! Along with the staples, they keep a seasonal rotating menu with the most delicious plates. My husband and I’s favorite date night spot.
