Reviews
The barbeque on our table wasn’t hot. We asked for a replacement, but it was ignored. Service overall was pathetic—if they served one item, they wouldn’t repeat it unless we kept calling someone, and even then it took 5–10 minutes for staff to respond. They barely checked on customers and didn’t care about requests, which completely ruined our special day.
Portions were small, which I actually appreciate because it avoids wastage. A few items were decent: honey chilli was good, and the veg momos tasted authentic. But paneer tikka was too spicy, pineapple tasted stale, and most desserts were not fresh. Except for the angoori gulab jamun, pastries smelled bad.
Even the cutlery was not clean—there was visible dust on it, which is completely unhygienic.
After charging ₹1249 per person, they added a 10% service charge despite terrible service, which I refused to pay. Honestly, places like Barbeque Nation are far better in both food quality and service. I wouldn’t recommend Castle Barbeque unless they seriously fix their service standards and food freshness.
The food was delicious with a great variety of starters, main course, and desserts. Every dish was flavorful and well-prepared.
The service was impressive — the staff was polite, attentive, and quick to serve, which made the experience even better.
The atmosphere was lively and comfortable, perfect for family gatherings, celebrations or a casual outing with friends.
Overall, Caste’s Barbeque at NSP is definitely worth visiting for anyone who enjoys great food, good service, and a pleasant dining ambience.
Mithilesh Kumar Is The Best ..
He serve us nicely..
Thanks For Great Dinning Experience..
First visit along with my ex-colleagues.
As per the buffet price, the food options are justified. But service was quite shaky and was not up to the mark.
Starters:- Prawns size were extremely small as per the commercial set up.
We have to specially ask them to repeat, else they wont serve you again including other BBQ starter options.
Main Course:- Mutton roganjosh taste was below par.
Desserts:- Ok
Table Cutlery:- Were not provided even after multiple follow ups and requests.
Location:- Its available at 2nd floor of food court, dont search it at ground floor. And no body will guide you correctly.
Then comes barbeque. The mushroom, the paneer, the chaap, so bland and so low quality. The salsa potato they served was cooked with green potatoes. It just ruined my tongue taste.
The chilli potatoes, again bad quality potatoes.
Come to main course. So less options than what others are offering. The taste, well 5/10. Ice cream rolls, so melted and sugary that you don’t get enough to savour the flavour.
The desserts were so hard and chewy, no way this restaurant was in NSP.
So you ask what was good. Well, only the crispy corn, the quality of plates in which we ate, and the songs which were playing on loud volume.
Oh, and did I forget to mention how hellbent the manager was getting me to pay the service charge, which I didn’t want to pay, per se bad service. They were just trying to walk me around the rules that I had to pay, this is written, that is written blah blah. Also, the whole amount including the buffet and some drinks we ordered, I was paying through District app, but they were just forcing me to pay in full through cash, card, or UPI. Why the hell then you accept bookings through the app!!
Definitely not worth my time and money.
So bad experience, that first time I didn’t take any photos.
NOT RECOMMENDED for anyone.
The buffet spread had a good variety, especially the starters—both veg and non-veg options were flavorful and served hot. The main course was decent, though a few dishes felt average compared to the starters. Desserts were nice, with enough options to end the meal on a sweet note.
Pricing feels slightly on the higher side if you go without offers, but with discounts or privilege cards, it becomes value for money. Overall, a good place for buffet lovers, especially for celebrations and group dining. Would visit again with offers.
Right off the bat, I saw two small cockroaches roaming under my table. Crawled my leg once, wild experience lol.
They’d only ask whether you like veg or non-veg then go ahead with serving, I was expecting a menu or someone to describe the course or service they’d provide.
After finishing the food they provided on the table, I got to know that they billed me for a lunch buffet, I was under the impression that they were serving me a full course meal.
They won’t bother explaining you what’s included in the meal. A buffet included other foods too, sadly I couldn’t try.
Self serving wouldn’t be an issue if I knew it was a buffet.
At least provide a service justifying the cost, 1379.
The food was good but my experience wasn’t for the first visit.
