Normally me and my family never leave bad reviews but this establishment was so unprofessional about handling a simple food mishap that I just had to.
We normally get food here, specifically the BBQ chicken and fried rice. However, today we received 4 orders of charred fried chicken instead of BBQ. After we drove home and two people began eating the food, we realized what happened with the chicken.
As any sensible person would – we decided to give them a call and tell them that our orders were incredibly charred and NOT BBQ’d. After sending some pictures over… they basically called us liars and hung up the phone! The woman whom my sister was speaking with claimed she herself handled our order and the order was correct. No. No it was not. Anyone can see this is burnt to oblivion.

So the cashier was rude to my partner because he said why didn’t you tell my wife there is charge when using a credit card, she said oh she doesn’t have to disclose that smh… also the house special ain’t special at All… the lobster meat or whatever is this pink looking meat, it had a smooth texture…. some of the pieces.

It’s great for the age group 30 and up tbh or if you like constant reggae music . Food is great although you do have to pay $5 to get in regardless of if your just getting food but the food is amazing. Gave it 3 stars because the bartender was filled with attitude that might be why the place is almost empty
