Castle Rock Nutrition has been serving the Castle Rock community with healthy food since 2019! We provide healthy shakes and smoothies, energizing teas, health coaching, and more. As one of the best breakfast places in Castle Rock, our meal replacement protein shakes are great for pre workouts, post workouts, and friendly hang outs! Our three part meal system includes an aloe shot, refreshing tea, and meal replacement shake. All our shakes include 21 vitamins and minerals and 24g of protein. Choose from a variety of flavors and fan favorite combos to create a healthy meal that you will love!

The owners, Alex and Amanda, along with their staff, made up of Madeleine, Kelsey and Maddy are so friendly and welcoming.They care about their customers and the community. The atmosphere is always so friendly and relaxed. They are genuinely good people. Their shakes and teas are delicious and there are many different flavor options. They will always answer any questions that you might have about their products and help you understand the benefits of each one. A friend of mine told me about CRN and I’m so glad that she did. Whether it’s after a workout or when I just go in to get a shake or tea, I feel totally energized. I strongly recommend that you try Castle Rock Nutrition. Phenomenal healthy Herbalife tea and shake shop in town. The tastiest shakes I have had. Great for a post workout meal, a healthy meal replacement, a light weight caffeine drink, or just a nice treat.
Super tasty, and VERY affordable. We got 2 teas 2 aloe shots and a shake for about $22. These are the prices I rave over compared to other other shops that are $20 for just a combo. They also have fall seasonal flavors which are delicious!
The shop is set up super nice and welcoming. The staff is so kind and friendly, very hospitable. Bright light and modern look. Located on a main strip of town. Outdoor and indoor seating. Nice upbeat music in the background. They also have the Herbalife products sold here in addition to their personal shop clothing which is cute too!
Highly recommend for a nearby tea and protein shake shop. Healthier and happier environment than your typical spot.

Was recently in Castle Rock to visit a friend and his family and he couldn’t stop talking about how good Castle Rock Nutrition was so we stopped by and it did not disappoint. I’m not one for protein shakes but this shake was both delicious and filling and didn’t leave a bad after taste like some shakes can do. Not only was the shake great, but the person behind the counter was beyond welcoming and knowledgeable about the various products. The vibe inside was also very inviting and I look forward to hopefully going back next time I am in town.
