Located between Las Vegas and Kingman, Castle Rock is a brand new, family-owned American restaurant in the Golden Valley area that offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a full-service bar Sunday, Monday Tuesday, & Thursday 8am-8pm & Friday/Saturday 8am-9pm. The new menu offers traditional recipes such as burgers, pizza, steaks and in house made pastas, mixed with more modern cuisine, such as Shrimp in Vodka Sauce or sausage Parmesan stuffed mushrooms. We were on our way back from Keepers of the Wild near peach springs and googled a good place to dine in on our way back to Havasu. This little diner was welcoming, very polite, clean and the food was good! I appreciated the actual green salad, their ranch is absolutely amazing, I got the fish and it was killer!!! Light-flaky, not greasy or thick breading, fries were fresh and delicious! Three of us got Hamburgers which were thick (just a bit salty), the buns were perfect . My daughter got the Chicken tenders which were fair- we ended up ordering her a grilled cheese which was awesome! Overall surprisingly incredible and very affordable!! Highly suggest!!! We will definitely go back!

If I could give more than 5*s I would!!! My friend and I were staying in Kingman and I was craving steak. Multiple people recommended another restaurant in Laughlin but it was a bit more than we wanted to pay. We stumbled upon Castle Rock and decided to try them instead and I’m so glad we did! Our server Caren C was AMAZING! Extremely sweet and attentive. We found out the lunch menu was available all day so we were able to order “smaller” portions (still a good amount of food)
My ribeye melted in my mouth. The fries were perfectly crispy and the mozzarella triangles were phenomenal. The gentleman who I believe is the manager was amazing and checking on every table to make sure everyone was happy.

What a great road side dinner. The country fried steak meal was huge! Our waitress split it for us and we could not finish it. The eggs were perfect, the steak cooked right. Tasty bacon and the sourdough bread was amazing and the country gravy was going just a great meal overall the service top-notch and she was super friendly even have a great view out the window definitely worth the stop.

Stopped here after visiting the West Rim due to the reviews. This place didn’t disappoint. My husband had the 12 oz. rib fillet and said it was the best steak he had eaten in ages, cooked to perfection and melt in your mouth. I had the 6 oz. Sirloin and I agree with my husband, the best steak. The kids had the chicken tenders (they were huge), the pasta dish and cheesecake. We all enjoyed our meals and the waitress was friendly. Great meals and service. Would highly recommend and will stop here again.

Been in a few times lately and breakfast is awesome, lunch is awesome and dinner is awesome! Service is impeccable! They have everything squared away. You just can’t go wrong anytime you walk into the place. Those are professional chefs in the kitchen. Try the bruchetta appetizer, or anything else really

Oh come on!!! We travel the country trucking and in major cities have a hard time finding anything this good! It’s out there all by itself on 93 but worth the trip from anywhere. The vodka shrimp pasta is better than most Italian restaurants. The fries are great! The soup… wow like my grandma the cook made it! Service is fantastic and the local patrons make it feel like your home. I wish e came this way more often!

This views at sunset at this place were amazing. The outdoor area is prime, especially being in the middle of no where. The service was great and super friendly people. Check it out for a sunset dinner on the road with epic views. I will definitely be coming back.

Well I figured we would go check out there breakfast and brunch. We skipped the brunch. Plus there were no plates over there to even get brunch. It was lower than the standard of a complimentary breakfast when you are put at a hotel. So I ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs. It all looked nice when it came to the table but didn’t taste good I couldn’t hardly cut through the steak it was Har dang rough grossly and flavorless and that was with gravy on top. The food was pretty cold. The coffee was coffee nothing special but it would be nice if it was hot. The coffee cups were old and stained . My brother got the steak and eggs . His steak was terrible hard and cold. He doesn’t NC on plain and just eats whatever. The waitress were very kind. Not attentive enough though with refills or checking up. The bathroom toilet doesn’t flush had to wait for it to full and flush again. Overall cute place not impressed with the food. Won’t be back. And that’s ok just ny option. If you are looking for flavorless cold retirement food thos is the place to go. Some I guess think that it’s great. Just not for me .

Great food and drinks. Friendly service. They have happy hour 7 days a week from 2-5. My favorites are the fish and chips and the Cajun chicken pasta. A hidden gem in Golden Valley. A must try. Prime rib on Saturday only
