Stopped by for lunch and I really didn’t want to eat in the car so I came inside ( big mistake ) place smelled like a outhouse
I usually like castenedas But not this one Got a asada torta ( it was ok at best ) also got a side of rice it was bad and I’m pretty sure old had no texture was just mush and tasted BAD. Worst rice ever the only reason I would come back is the drive-thru is open 24 hours

12 at night and my choices were In-n-out, or this. I figured screw it, I’ll try it as it’s so close to my house. I was not expecting much. I was thinking it was gonna be some barely edible Alberto‘s quality level of food. I got the Carne Asada fries and wow, I was blown away. It was absolutely delicious! Fries were fresh and had the skin on them. I love that. The Carne Asada itself was straight fire. Not even joking, these were the best carne asada fries I’ve ever tasted in my life. Got the salsa Verde and man, that was delicious too! I will for sure be coming back. Its rare I say this but, 10/10.

Their 5 piece deluxe taquitos were a meal and a 1/2 literally, I couldn’t finish it. They were delicious, and I love their sauces.
The service was super friendly restaurant was very clean. The 2 families that were dining in there appeared to be very happy.

Idk why this place is advertised as 24 hours open when it randomly closes throughout the day. I’d say the food is great but 90% of the time, my orders were wrong, even after repeatedly asking i want none of these yet for some reason I even get extra of each like what!! Either the mic of that drive thru is broken or every single person that works there are clinically deaf because what do you mean I’m screaming my lungs out, but you still can’t hear me? Also please tell your staff to lose the attitude. Why are you so pressed at 5am and taking it out on me when I just want my enchilada? It’s convenient so I go, but holy. Your service is as bad as your broken intercom.

My Experience was Bad due to a lack of customer service.
I send my Son to buy us dinner he want i to eat carne asada Burrito at Los Primos Tacos a place close by and already Garantee as a Good Service and Prices and I told him to go to Castanedas I hasmd a Good experience on the past until today I want to get the 2 chiles rellenos plates w rice and Beans and Tortillas.
We couldn’t find it on the Menu online and I told him to go they sure can help him over there.
But I wasn’t aware of the bad service.
He tell them on spanish
2 chiles rellenos or ask for ut and they give him 1 chile and 1 enchilada.
We pay $28.28 for the order we didn’t ask for a Free Food.
I call them on the phone and explain the miss comunicacion and the girl tolme was my Son faul and if I want to get the right plate I have to pay for it.
I told her that some one on his Company will definitely care about keeping a customer Happy and this customer can keep baying and eating his Food and she told me sha was a customer too.
Another person cone to the line and very much told me she can not resolve my issue that she will write my number and give to the manager on charge and the manager will callme and is already Night time and no one call me I repeatedly told her I am not aleating my food because I really order 2 Chiles rellenos and no just 1 with a enchilada that I don’t like.
I believe they do not take a minute of their time to solve a customer concern and You have to be carefully came to this place I won’t order any more food from here and I wish any other Mexican Restaurant come up and stay open 24 hrs like they do because other pkaces definitely has better service.

I have always received good quality food here with no problem until today I order from door dash and received my order Carne asada fries and a carnitas burrito almost paid 15 for the burrito well the pictures speak for themselves I couldn’t even get a full refund

First time coming here, and i’m never coming back. The cashier Jaqueline is very rude, and ruined my experience. How can anyone have that bad of an attitude at 6am? I’ve posted about this experience to a couple local groups, and they all agree with me that this location has horrible customer service.
Management needs to check Jacqueline or someone else will.

Great spot with great tasting food. Size portions are good. Well worth the prize. So far they haven’t let me down, My go to is the California Burrito with Fries instead of potatoes, no pico de gallo.
