Amazing staff, even better food, and an overall phenomenal establishment. We started with baked clams, fried calamari, and a seared octopus each cooked to perfection. As our entrees, a veal Parm, chicken Francese and linguini pescatore were all to die for. Castello is the perfect setting for occasions big and small with a wide selection of drinks and food that the your whole family will enjoy. Will be returning for sure!!

This was our first time here! From start to finish the experience was wonderful. This is dining, not just going out for dinner. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. We began with table side Caesar salad…delicious! There were seven of us and nobody was disappointed with the meal and we each ordered a different entree. We ended the meal with dessert…the chocolate cake was to die for. Highly recommend Castellos and we will definitely be returning.

First time last night celebrated our 32nd Anniversary. It was an amazing experience. With the table side Caesar salad which made us realize salad is not just salad. Also, we were blown away by the cacio e pepe, realizing it’s not just pasta. Then the entrees came out. My wife had the Halibut special which she says was simply perfect. I had the best filet mignon I have ever eaten. It was perfectly flavored and tender as butter. The portion sizes were excellent and we were both full by dessert. We split an apple pie with vanilla ice cream for good measure. I almost forgot, the drinks were so good as well. The Kentucky Boubon with cherry juice and lime was spot on and my wife’s pineapple concoction hit the mark. Thank you to the wonderful staff for such a great anniversary. I’d say we will be returning for many more meals

Normally, I don’t write negative reviews, but I feel compelled this time to do so. I ordered a $55 bottle of wine by name from the wine list. When the bill came, I was charged $179. When I pointed this out to the staff, the reply was that the wine he served me was the first of that name he saw. I don’t doubt he served us the more expensive bottle. But I don’t appreciate the bait and switch. Not cool. And the food was just ok. We won’t be going here again and will make sure friends don’t go either.

Amazing food! Cacio Pepe was delicious made table side. We have been here at least 10 times now and have brought guests who have also enjoyed the food. Muscles are so tender and sauce is delicious. Branzino made table side is amazing. You need to come!

Food was good, won’t say it was the best Italian food I’ve ever had though. It was good but within the average. Staff is kind and food was served quite fast.
Price is ok but we had a Caesar salad that, by the price, was really small.
Anyways it was a good experience overall. Suggest making reservations.

First time last night. Spectacular is what my wife and I have to say. Best cacio de pepe ever. The caeser salad made us realize that we never actually experienced this salad before. Shrimp & Scallops were wonderful.

My wife and I ate here to celebrate our anniversary. We were both very disappointed with our experience. Castello’s attempts to resemble a fine dinning experience but lacks the attention to detail to pull it off. The place is very dark and needs more lighting. The appearance of the restaurant is dated and not in a way that makes it feel classy. They had the bus boys wearing a serving glove to pour drinks but also had damages on the walls that need repairs. The food was also very disappointing. The bread bowl was full of stale and chewy bread. We ordered fired calamari which tasted as though it was frozen and out of a bag. Which would have been one thing for a local pizzeria not a place charging $17.00. The Cesar salad was prepared tableside but was drenched in dressing and had too much pepper. It also was much smaller for the price that you would think, served on a small appetizer plate. we got shrimp scampi and chicken francese. The shrimp was over cooked and did not taste like fresh pasta. The chicken francese was $27.00 for two slices of chicken, three slices of potato, and 4 pieces of broccoli. See attached photos. The drinks are also served on very small glasses in an obvious attempt to save money.
