So I tried their pizza 4 the first time 2 weeks ago it was incredible, it was phenomenal.It was amazing. I raided the food of 3 because after work.It was 8 o’clock when I got to the restaurant for the same exact Pizza.The same exact way to bring home, I was starving after work.And I didn’t want to go home and cook. And I live in ohio , so I even took the long way home just to stop and get this incredible pizza. When?n I got there. I saw the waitress that I had 2 weeks ago. She was awesome. I’m sorry, I did not catch her name. But when I went to order the Pizza, the woman I’m the leading manager waited on me and when I told her what I wanted she said she couldn’t do that. So then my server that I had 2 weeks ago came over and said that the owner said that we could do it. She was mad because there wasn’t an upcharge the last time , so she had to figure out an upcharge for me. I do not look at the Pizza until I drove off and got maybe 15 minutes down the road I was devastated. I was angry and I was sad.n I’m going to show the pictures of 2 weeks ago. And this past week , I ordered a twelve inch pizza pepperoni cheese half sausage with meat sauce.

Great cozy new pizza and pasta place! well worth a visit for the good food at great prices. The calzones are marvelous and perfectly baked—we ordered a meat lover and an Italian custom calzone —delicious!! The chef salad was a generous meal portion and the reuben sandwich was really good.

Overall, a very good slice! Our pizza of choice was a 16-inch meat lover’s pizza. The crust had a great crisp—no flop! The sauce was zesty and had a great taste. However, it was the toppings that really brought it home. The sausage had a great flavor and definitely stood out among the other meats.
As for the staff: A+. Being only their second day and extremely busy, they did a great job managing the crowd.
The restaurant itself leaves a little to be desired. It was a mix of old and new. The tables and chairs appear to be reclaimed from the previous restaurant. So, while it’s a new place, the furnishings make it look a bit dated. A bench or two for waiting would be a nice touch; we had approximately a 40-minute wait and had to stand around.
I did see several people come in and leave because of the wait. To those folks, I highly recommend giving them another shot.
I look forward to trying other menu items!

Was super excited to try a new place however was super disappointed…. couldn’t order ahead as the phone isnt working properly and comes back that it cant be completed as dialed.. my husband decided to go in and order. My italian sub was extremely disappointing… its not a sub… its a plain meat and bread sandwich with nothing on it. No dressing no lettuce no peppers or tomatoes…. just a soggy barely toasted meat with a slice of cheese sandwhich an a pickle…

This restaurant has not been open very long, but boy is their food delicious! I had spaghetti and meatballs with meat sauce and pepperoni pizza and I give both a 10/10! If I had to give one suggestion is maybe get fountain pop instead of bottles, but that would be it! I can’t wait to try some other things on their menu.

I stopped at Castello’s to get a couple calzones. I waited about 10 maybe 15 minutes before I even got to place my order but they were fairly busy and as I was sitting there they were getting even more busy. Groups of people walking in. But during my wait the waitress that took my order came out with an order of cheesy bread sticks at no cost. And they were really good. Then the other waitress ask me if I liked mushrooms and I said yes. She gave me a free pizza with mushrooms on it. She said they was gonna throw it away if I didn’t want it. I snagged it up. With this being my first experience with this place, it was awesome. Free food, great customer service and very hospitable. I recommend stopping in and trying their food. Prices are good. Food is really good and the staff is polite and hard working. If there was more stars to rate it would more than a 5. Thank you for your good food.

Second time eating there today. First time having the buffet. Love the pizza! And the staff were all very nice and friendly. It’s still a new restaurant, so they are still working out a few issues, but this place is going to be huge.

Sister and I ate here for the first time. We had wedding soup, a pepperoni pizza, and I ordered a vanilla nitro cold brew to-go. Owner talked go us and was very personable and kind. The restaurant is nice on the inside— and all the food was great. The coffee, specifically, was soo good! ☕️

We were so excited to try this place, but unfortunately it was a let down. We tried to order wings & were told they didn’t have any in stock yet so we got a meat lovers pizza & our pizza looked nothing like the pictures that is posted. We had very minimal meat on the pie, cheese was not fully melted, as well as a pale thin crust. The Italian sandwich was pretty good, as well as the fresh house salad & the prices are great. But overall the pizza was a huge disappointment. Unfortunately we probably wont return

They rip ppl off when you call in an order. Fricking rediculous you pay 61.30 for (2) 16” CHEESE PIZZA W/O pepperoni & no extras literally just (2) Cheese Pizzas but the point is I asked for a total like I always do to write it down in my checkbook & was told on phone it would be $50.39 which is still outrageous, but anyway call down to let them know I was over charged got some excuse their employees we’re learning how to operate new hand held machines for cards & must of entered something incorrect & that he was going to reimburse me the whole amount, well that never fricken happened didn’t even get my $11 they initially over charged me they could of at least carried through with that, but no, let’s make our new business look like employees are giving themselves tips or stealing from customers an when brought up to management they put on a facade & just act like they care..don’t need customer service like that !!! I’ll go to Steubenville and get the exact same pizza & way less expensive…I’d rather pay for the extra gas then to deal with dishonesty! Oh and FYI I was told also that the menu on line isn’t correct & looks like it hasnt been updated either.
