Great little place close to the Lake. The server was SUPER friendly, and fast. Just NICE for a 1st visit dining alone! Will definitely be back with my group.

4.4 stars…what a lie… waited an hour for our food. Apparently they didn’t know how to make the pizza we ordered.? And forgot our fries. The food is good size portions (a lot for your money) but there’s no significant saying of “this is this place” not to mention the entire order was $58 when we ordered 3 items… the waitress (the only one) was nice and was trying her hardest. The rest of the workers were all jammed in the tiny kitchen talking. Also note if you sit down to eat you’re waiting a minimum of an hour. I’m not sure if they prioritize the orders that are picked up? Either way there was a line.

First it did not make it in the take out bag. It was nice they delivered it but was cold and nasty no sauce or cheese. Pick up order at 7:15 the delivery of missing sub showed up at 8:10. Didn’t even give anything extra to make up for our very not happy experience. This is not what our experience usually is like.

My family stopped here around 8 pm on Friday and had a great dinner. Very fair pricing. The pizza was mega comforting, really good cheese and crust. It was even good as leftovers over the next two days. The wings were a delicious classic with the Buffalo sauce.

We had high hopes for the pizza at Castaways (the menu was certainly more extensive than just pizza but that is what we were craving). We were impressed by the cute decor and overall cleanliness of the restaurant. They also have outdoor seating but it was very hot so we chose indoors. We could tell the waitress was busy; in fact it appeared that there was only one for the entire restaurant while we were there. We got our drinks and app in a timely manner and absolutely loved the Gouda mac and cheese bites that we ordered. Then we waited for our supreme pizza for probably 35+ minutes and when it came we were disappointed. Hardly any veggies on it, and one half of the pizza was quite dark while the other half was almost doughy. The sauce and crust tasted good but overall we were disappointed.

The restaurant was extremely busy and the wait was very long. Staff made up for it by being super nice and bringing us an extra slice of cheese pizza for free – going above and beyond. The food was good, but standard fare for a Pizza & Grill place. Atmosphere is ok but just a corner of two streets. When seated outside you just have cars driving by as your entertainment.

We are from Youngstown Ohio stopped in today as we were in town for the first time visiting a family member and the waitress was extremely nice the food was delicious(I got the Ruben ) and price was really fair for quality of food and service I’d go back again

The food is as astonishingly terrible, I just ordered one of their most known subs, a godfather, mind you I asked if this comes toasted over the phone and was told yes and when it arrived it was so soggy the bread was falling apart and i had to put latex gloves on just to eat it. The food is bland and isn’t worth what they charge you. Customer service is decent besides being on hold for 20 minutes and having to repeat myself many times. Took over an hour just for 2 subs. My wife has all the same complaints.

Most of our food was really good. Found a fruit fly in our pop and random French fries on our pizza but everything else was pretty good. Service was great!
