When you first go in it just looks like there’s one table and take out. Once you go upstairs there are several booths and tables. Very friendly staff and food was delicious. We needed something we would all eat and this did it . Everything had a nice flavor and they accommodated the ones who wanted just a plain quesadilla and then my grandson who wanted a little bit of this and a little bit of that.

This was the KNIGHTS Of GOD Foundations 2nd visit to Castaneda’s Mexican Restaurant in Denver Pa. Both visits turned out to be a GR8 experience. I visit Castañedas frequently when I’m in the area. When the weather is nice, the outside seating is the best. The employees are friendly and helpful. The shrimp soup, tortilla soup, fajitas, and so much more taste great! It’s the perfect little place for Mexican food.

After traveling 4 hours from home we decided we needed some food in our bellies. Found this lovely spot on a whim and oh my goodness. Homemade salsa, guacamole and hot sauce that stimulate the taste buds. The entree’s were on point. Great portion sizes for the price as well. The staff was welcoming and the owner was a delight smiling from ear to ear hearing how much we loved it. Next time we are in the area there’s no doubt we will be back.

My grandpa use to take my son here before he passed away, now I take him to continue the tradition and I couldn’t be happier with the food and service. Everything I’ve had on the menu has been fantastic, the portions are super generous for the price also. Definitely my favorite place to eat hands down and I love that there’s two locations very close to the places I spend a lot of time.
