Now I just did the drive through so I can’t really comment on customer service other than the food was pretty fast.
Must say it is my new favorite. Ive had aztec that is good but expensive, veros that has a good taste and also pricey. This one is cheaper and has a much fresher taste and more simpler compared to the others mentioned above where they overcomplicate and add more than needed ingredients. I had the burrito enchiladas and quesadillas and all were amazing work

I went here on the 24th of February and ordered a shrimp burrito in the drive tru. A young lady was working the window. She took my card and charged it without stating the price. She handed me some else’s food and I handed it right back because I only ordered a burrito. A manager came to the window took my card and supposedly put the funds back on my card and charged me for my burrito and I drove off. I call the restaurant and I speak to someone there and now they tell me it takes 10 days for the money to go back and there is no manager on duty. No I have to waste time and fight with these people to get my $27.50 back. Pissed!

I came here with my mom Monday late morning and we ordered the carne asada fries and the cashier said that was their popular item. I noticed the fries looked grey and when I took a bite it was soggy and undercooked. I told the cashier and the cook remade the order.
I noticed the cook grabbed a handful of undercooked fries from a metal bowl to reheat the fries in the fryer. The carne asada fries still came out grey in some areas, soggy, and lack seasoning. This was the worse Carne Asada fries I had in a long time.

Stopped in here after a long delivery run in the area and the restaurant seemed very clean, I was helped right away and the food was made quickly. Ordered a carnitas burrito and the size was great, lots of meat that was well prepared and also enough salsas. Really can’t complain it was a great little stop.

Horrible customer service the two girls working the weekdays morning shift taking your order needs to be property trained on how to pack the food and especially the
drinks for no spillage. I wouldn’t recommend coming here in the morning because the girls in the morning that work the customer service are vindictive and watch out they will purposely wet your cardboard cup holder So the drinks spilled all over you in your car. This is exactly what they did to me. I feel like they are prejudice against Mexican Americans because they are from Mexico and feel less than us who were born here. I went in to let them know what happened and they just looked at me with a blank face didn’t even regard to say sorry. Manager really needs to have a talk with these two ladies the one that works in inside, particularly always has a frown, she’s unpleasant. I also wouldn’t recommend coming here in the morning because the girls that work in the morning, their English is poor and they constantly asking you to repeat your order. l’ve been coming here for quite some time and it seem like the customer service keeps getting worse and worse. The girls are rude, unfriendly, and look miserable working projecting their bad energy off to the customer.
Whatever issues they have personally should be kept to themselves and greet the customers with a professional attitude. The food is always great. cooks are doing a great job b. It’s just the two girls customer service are horrible. I hope management fixes this issue.. thank you. I do wanna mention that the girls that work the evening shift are also great. I’ve never had issues with them. They are friendly and pleasant to be around. It’s just the two older ladies that worked the mornings .

Good burrito, waited for a long time to get our order. Requested to replenish their salsa bar, it’s taking forever, we ended eating our food without them putting some carrots. Great cashier though!
