It’s a very small place not very many tables inside or outside. There is no better chili Varty or seafood soup. Prices are incredibly inexpensive for the quality of food that you receive. Look forward to the next time I’m driving through to have another menu item. Their chicken fajitas was Incredible the last time I went through.

Good food fast, 24 hours a day, including breakfast options, with drive thru, order on line or indoor seating.

They’re either racist or just dont care about food standards. The food is always old and dry and terrible. I always tip in Hope’s that they’ll remember and give me better service but they dont care. Dont go here unless you’re starving to death and have no where else to go. Want a plate of carne asada fries and a drink? 30 bucks sorry. The taquitos are straight out of the freezer and everything else is poor quality. They went down the toilet since castenedas purchased the Santanas chain. Santanas was good.

The worst food I’ve had in a long time order to Carney Asada fries. The fries were burnt, ordered two ground beef tacos taco shell was burnt. I recommend if you’re going through Yucca Valley not to eat at this place

The food is fantastic! Generous helpings, the staff is very friendly. Elizabeth and Yesenia very helpful. Francisco and Jose great cooks that put alittle extra in their dish presentation.

My tortilla burrito was lacking in the chicken filling. Was asked if I wanted guacamole, red or green salsa etc, I said yes, green. No guacamole, got red sauce. Burrito is small for almost $10, definitely smaller than I’m used to getting from other locations. Hence the excessive tortilla wadded up on it. It is what it is, lesson learned.

Waited 30 minutes No food, completely forgot my order and then had to make them take it off the bill. Horrible service without even “sorry we forgot”

It was good for awhile, not as high quality as some other Castaneda’s I’ve been at but still good. However, last time I went I ordered their burrito assuming I’d get their normal brown beans, but when I bit into it they were white beans which wasn’t what I ordered. It wouldn’t be that big of an issue if their white beans didn’t taste like rotten eggs and it left a bad taste in my mouth for awhile… I don’t think I’d really go back to this Castaneda’s, if you’re looking for better quality go to the one in Twenty-Nine or Palm Springs (Next to the Costco) because at least their foods worth the price.
