Came to get food and cashier input my order wrong asked nicely to remake it and she gave me attitude saying she didn’t hear me which is okay just own up to the mistake and be kind about it however she proceeds to keep repeating I didn’t hear you I didn’t hear you in a rude tone. I just wanted my food I ordered and I had already told her that she opens the window again and says do you want a refund or what when I had already told I just wanted the order to be redone . Very disappointed at this establishment. Very unprofessional and I was harassed to the point I kept feeling like I was stealing for no reason. When I tried explaining it. They didn’t even properly do their research and jump to being super rude. No very nice and I liked coming to this place for some of their platters but after last night never again. I don’t feel appreciated and not recommending this place to anyone anytime soon for this reason. Way to pick on someone trying to move forward from cancer. Not cool at all. Discriminating against me ? That’s what I feel at the end . Trust me I’m not trying to steal your guys food. Talk about being professional. Not at all on my perspective.

So, my family and I were in Palm Springs the other night and we got hungry. We found this Mexican restaurant and it was so good! The line was long, but the service was great. The food was amazing! I’m so glad they’re open 24 hours.

Pone atencion a los ordenes. No pagamos mas nomas para dejarnos pobre. Jaja I ordered Cheeto fries and got regular carne asada fries. I made it very clear with my order. Receipt and everything. I did call and made sure they knew they mest up. That’s how you lose customers.

Castañedas has authentic mexican food. I sometimes go in the evenings when I don’t want to cook dinner and it hits the spot. Amanda takes my orders and she is very delightful and customer service oriented.

Great tasting food, rarely see dine in people but the food great. I love the San Felipe Burrito. It’s filled with carne asada and shrimp cheese rice and a sauce that is almost like a ranch like but creamy style. Carne asadas fries are also good but plan to share the plate.
