Let me first say I want to like this place. But they made it tough but in the end there made it right.
Details….. We came in, got seated immediately… Got out coffee and tea quickly and took our order…. That’s when went to a hell in a hand basket. An hour later after seeing people that had been seated after is get their food, we finally asked and was told they made a mistake and lost our order. There out the good on a rush…. We saw even more people get their food before is and we finally after adding again, got our food about 20 minutes later. The original waitress was so embarrass she wouldn’t even look at us and ignoring tables behind us. One of the other waitress took over for us (probably the manager). The food finally came out in dribs and drabs. The food was pretty good and they comped us the meal and asked us to please give them another try in the future. We plan to return…..I will update this review with the future visit.

I love this place. I order here at least a couple times a week. Everything is cooked so well no matter who is cooking which is rare to find nowadays and their prices are also very reasonable. Breakfast used to be ridiculously cheap and prices have gone up everywhere but this is probably one of the places with the best prices I have found

I want to try this place for the Hash Benedict but decided on the shaved steak instead, good choice. It was tender and tasty too. The coffee was delicious as well as the service. I hope you enjoy breakfast here as much as I did today! Enjoy

The spot is adorable and the staff was great but our meals were terrible!!! My kids blueberry pancakes were so messy looking and still had uncooked pancake batter in it. My French toast was like the bread was barley dipped in egg, it was dry and flat, the eggs were mehh. Even the coffee was gross. I was very disappointed with it. I only told the waitress about the pancakes because I hate to complain but you could easily see it and it seemed as if she was very familiar with people complaining. The staff was great but I will not be going back.

I used to love this place, but now I’m sad. The service was horrid, and I’m generally not one to complain. Waitresses shuffling their feet around like they were bored, never checked on us, we had to ASK for menus, never given half the things we asked for (creamer, jelly, etc). I never heard the words “how is everything?” asked to any table, and the place was pretty full. Honestly, the lack of polite chatting was bordering on rude… Nobody asked if we were all set, just silently walked up and put the bill on the table. The food used to be pretty good, but now it had a weird chemical taste and even the anadama toast (my old favorite) was bland. I hope this place can get back to the quality of food and service it used to have.

Pretty good. Not the fanciest menu but it is reasonably well executed. My friends eggs we cooked perfectly. Bacon was good. Homefries had a different flavor but were cooked ok. Biscuits and gravy are rare in New England so I had to try. Gravy needed salt and something to kick up the flavor but not bad for the area. Cinnamon Rasin French Toast was good but not elite. Service was excellent. Definitely worth a visit. Prices were very reasonable.

This is a really great spot. I started going here years ago and I will continue to go. It is a small place for small parties. The coffee is very good as well as the food. I just wish the hash browns were crispy rather than served basically raw. Usually the potatoes are better. They used to do these flat plain type of home fries without seasoning they were delicious I think they did away with them though. They have a variety of homemade breads and muffins all great. I only wish they would not have the TV playing allowed at such a volume as it takes away from the breakfast experience.
