My family had a wonderful experience here! the entire wait staff was fabulous our waitress Christina was so sweet, attentive, and overall fabulous! highlights were the carving station with tomahawk prime rib roast, melt in your mouth perfection! The raw bar and sushi bar were so amazing with unlimited fresh oysters, shrimp, and crab. from the wagyu tri tip to the firecracker shrimp everything was delicious. And my personal favorite was the dessert bar so many mouthwatering delectable desserts to choose from the hot chocolate pot de creme, to pastries and handmade chocolates so yummy. Can’t wait to come back!

What an incredible experience! The all-you-can-eat concept truly makes this place stand out. Being able to enjoy unlimited, freshly prepared seafood without sacrificing quality is amazing.

The grouper was absolutely delicious, fresh, flaky, and perfectly cooked. The grilled octopus was tender and flavorful, and the Firecracker Shrimp were outstanding with the perfect spicy kick.

Even though the price per person is on the higher side, it is completely worth it for the quality, variety, and overall experience.

I also want to highlight the team working at the different stations they are so nice and ready to help right away. They make you feel welcome and are always attentive, which elevates the entire dining experience.

Definitely a place I would return to!

We had a wonderful family dinner while visiting Deer Valley for skiing. All 4 of us loved the seafood buffet, and we are already planning on coming back.

The raw bar had fresh oysters, very plump shrimps, crab legs and smoked salmon, and they were all delicious. There was a pasta station that smelled amazing, but I didn’t get to try. (Got too full). A whole salmon cooked along with clams and mussels was excellent, but I was told it could change to other types of fish. Sushi section is pretty good, but the “build your own” poke section was great. I got plenty of protein and rice for the next day’s skiing. The new item in the entree section, grilled octopus, was excellent. I wanted to try tempura shrimp but didn’t have space left. I did not touch any meat as I don’t like them, but my husband liked the tri tip with chimichurri.

I could keep going, but I’m so stuffed and sleepy. I can’t wait for the next time!

Always a perfect recommendation for date night.
Came in with my husband for his birthday and the dining was amazing. With so many options from a rotating menu, we had to split each of the crafted entrees to try them all. Pulling from the raw bar, we got some incredible recommends for wine parings. Our bartender was excellent and made some of the best cocktails I have ever had: a Bourbon & Smoke with High West & Alpenglow Mule with Tin Cup Whiskey and Pomegranate.
A sweet romantic table by the window and fire made the experience intimate and great for conversating over so many plates. We continued to say “try this” till both of our stomachs were full. Still room for the chamomile mousse dessert that pared with an expresso, was the perfect ending. They brought out a beautiful chocolate written plate and made our time there so special.
I can’t thank cast and cut enough for its incredible dining and wonderful staff/chefs. Till next time!

I gave this place 5 stars because, well, I couldn’t give it 6!! Absolutely amazing experience, from the moment we walked in the front door until I was rolled back out of it. Everyone from the hostess, to the waitress, to the bus boys cleaning up our empty used plates were amazing and attentive. The food was insanely good!! No way could I narrow it down to my favorite dish, and I tried as much as I could!! The chowder, sushi, crab legs, pasta, hot entrees, tri-tip wagyu, desserts…all incredible!!! You WILL NOT be disappointed with your experience here, and it needs to be at the very top of your list if/when you are in Park City, Utah!!!!

Had an absolutely divine experience here! My family and I have been going to the seafood buffet for years when we visit from New York, so glad to see it thriving again with a new name. Chele was our waitress and she was so attentive, kind and overall fabulous! The raw bar was so amazing with unlimited fresh oysters, shrimp and crab. There is a sushi station with poke bowls and the fish was so fresh!! The chefs at each station created special dishes that were out of this world. My family and I will be coming back!

was seriously amazing. The vibe is upscale but still chill and the food is top tier, super fresh seafood plus great cuts from the grill served right there. It feels like chef stations, not a typical buffet.
The service was just as good, foh was friendly and helpful and even the chefs were welcoming and happy to chat. Definitely worth it for a nice dinner in Park City.

Out of this world seafood restaurant!! Unlimited Kussi n Washington oysters?? They are usually $4 each everywhere else we go. Unlimited stone crab claws, unlimited everything. But it’s not just your grandpa’s Golden Corral buffet…everything was delicious! The pheasant with hatch Chili grits should be Michelin level. The clams, mussels, and other foods were all equally delicious. The desserts bar is out of this world! If I lived closer, id dine here weekly, no joke. Love it, keep up the tradition Cast & Cut!

We genuinely don’t understand the bad reviews. We LOVE Cast and Cut! We’ve been back twice in the past 2 months and we would be back more if our schedule allowed. The highlight from our most recent trip was the poke station which my husband went back to 3 times! I personally LOVED pan seared (I forget what it was, some kind of poultry) but it was served with cheesy hatch chile grits that were DIVINE!!! My husband and son love seafood whereas I don’t eat seafood at all but they have a great variety of options so, even though I don’t like seafood, I still leave there completely bursting I’m so full!!!
The service and ambiance was also really great.
