They don’t know what they’re doing, and they don’t seem to be trying to learn. The flavor of the brisket is pretty good, so I keep giving it chances with the new people. I get a pound of sliced brisket every time go, and they cut it in whatever direction the knife hits it, and slices 3 or 4 inches thick. And today more than half of what I got was fat. The whole bottom section of the Styrofoam in the pictures is all fat. Paid just over $17.

Not from the area, so I’ve been trying the local shops out ..and I’ll be damned!! The brisket was tender, the jalapeno sausage was tasty and had that snap from the casing! Potato salad was good to the last bite and the charro beans were niiiiiice!! Going home to tell everyone about the hidden gem I found!! I’ll be back sooner than later!!!

Wow! This place has amazing BBQ. We got the 2 meat plate and had sliced brisket and jalapeño cheddar sausage. Might have been the best sausage I’ve had. Will definitely go back soon.
