I have tried an iced latte and a lotus. The amount of syrup in the drink made it almost impossible to consume. After I added liquid, it was better. Unless you want a very sweet drink, remove some pumps of syrup. Staff was nice and drinks made quickly.

Cass’ Perky Perks has always been my favorite place to go for coffee, or energy drinks. The food is great and the location is very convenient. You can see the yellow hut clear as day which I love. Every employee brings their own shine to the hut. The owner Cass, has always had incredible energy and is such an amazing and understanding person. She will take time out of her day to talk to you if you are going through something, no matter how her day is going. I believe that shows exactly the woman she is. I may work there now, but my thoughts on Cass, her business, and her employees have never changed. If anything, I love them all more now. I highly recommend stopping by, even if it’s just once. She has never failed to put a smile on my face and even many others.

Waited in line for 25 minutes as we discovered it was clearly only a hub for locals as we watched car after car pull up to the side of the car already in line hand them there order or go into the back of the building to get their coffee’s going while we waited and waited and waited! Really too bad The Peddler had fire damage in January! At least they cared to serve everyone coffee…….not just the locals! If you want a coffee I do not recommend wasting your time here!
