Shrimp basket with coleslaw good and the boyfriend got the country steak with coleslaw and fried okra which it was really better than my shrimp basket. Definitely gonna try to stop there again and try their breakfast food.

Killer burger. Just wish they specified when they stopped serving breakfast on their menu. Service was great though, place reminds me of restaurants in my hometown in west Texas. Definitely will go back to try and catch breakfast sometime

I love a whole in the wall restaurant! I’ve been here a few times and it was good! But!!!!! I’ve never seen them wash their hands, if you’re not a regular they really don’t care about you! The last time I went my son had a hair in his food and the young waitress just look at it said oh well I’m not sure and walked in the kitchen and said he has a hair in his food! No apology, no asking if they could replace it, NOTHING! So I go to pay and tell her, (owner/manager) who ever, take his food off she looks at me like I’m crazy and I tell her he didn’t eat it because there was a hair in it. Then the other young girl looked around the corner and said yeah he didn’t eat it. The owner (which I assume is the owner) just looks at me and says oh!!!! Now that right there caused me to never go back again and I made sure I told everyone!!! Accidents happen but if you’re expressing no feelings of apology at ALL then that shows me your character and you have no care in the world! I recommend no one to go here EVER!

Don’t let the outside fool . The place is small and probably been there for a looooooog time. Now what your wanting to know. The food was first class. It really reminded of home cooking. It was delicious and something that was really cool was everybody knew each other. I’m sure they have been going there for ages.it reminded of how customers used to be treated. Anyway I’ll definitely be going back there to try the rest of the items on the menu.

We had a BLT, bacon and cheddar fries, and Mushroom Swiss Burger, sweet tea and an ice water. Food was really good. I especially liked the homemade ranch dip that came with the fries. The tomatoes on my BLT were ripe and juicy, the mushroom swiss burger was cooked well, with lots of cheese! Sweet tea was perfect. Dining area and bathrooms were clean. Women’s bathroom had some really fancy soap that made my hands feel super soft <3

It’s exactly what I expect for a house turned diner. Gotta love a good hole in the wall place. The servers are awesome! The food was pretty bland, but we’re still going back to try other stuff.
