Took a chance and thought we would try this spot on our way through. Well worth it. Nice atmosphere, great drinks, amazing food! Best taco salad I’ve ever had.

WOW!!!! Best burger!! 1/2lb burger and loaded fries. Perfect!!! We got the Dip and Flip burger!!! The roast beef dipped in gravy in a perfectly cook burger….TO DIE FOR!!!! $14 burgers in Colorado that’s unheard of!!! Server/bartender was so super great. Informative, accommodating and cool!!! Friendly was an underestimate!!! Thank you!!! We WILL be back!!! Back patio is nice, private, smoker friendly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am writing to provide feedback on a recent experience at your establishment. I had heard good things and found the atmosphere quite pleasant.

However, I was disappointed to wait an hour and a half for my food, ultimately having to request it to go. Additionally, I observed that the bartender seemed to prioritize regular customers over new ones. As a fellow business owner, I believe there’s a great opportunity to enhance the customer experience by ensuring all patrons receive equal attention

I’m a regular at this restaurant it’s one of my absolute favorites. I come here for both lunch and dinner, and I almost always sit at the bar. I work just five minutes away, so it’s been my ideal go to spot for a quick and enjoyable meal. The food is typically fantastic, and the staff has always been friendly and attentive until today.
This time, I brought a coworker with me because I had told them how great this spot was. Frankly, after this experience, I’m actually a little embarrassed.
I was served by Tonya, and from the start, her attitude toward guests felt dismissive. I ordered a drink and some food. When she delivered my meal, she saw my drink was empty and said, “Can I get you another?” I said yes, and she responded, “I’ll go grab that,” but never returned. When I asked another staff member about it, I was told she had gone on break.
The food was disappointing as well. My fries were completely soggy, and I wasn’t brought any condiments. I specifically asked for blue cheese but never received it—no ketchup, no ranch, nothing. I also asked for my burger to be cut in half, and instead of having it cut in the kitchen, she handed me a dull knife. To top it off, my appetizer came out after my entrée, which made the meal feel disorganized and rushed.
Throughout all of this, Tonya was repeatedly on her phone—texting while guests were clearly waiting for service. I’m not overly strict about phone use at work, but when it starts interfering with guest experience, it becomes a serious issue and reflects poorly on the entire restaurant.
This experience was far from the standard I’ve come to expect here. I truly hope this was just an off day, because I’ve always enjoyed coming in. I’m sharing this not out of frustration, but because I genuinely care about this place and want to see it continue to succeed with the level of service and professionalism that first made me a fan.

Last time I was there my fries came out cold. Instead of bringing out freshly fried fries they just reheated them. Awful. We use to go there once a week but no more. Whoever is managing is not doing their job. Brian and his wife are great but the food is not as good as it use to be.

Atmosphere–there were tvs with the Avalanche game on. Very child friendly at dinner time on a Thursday. 7-8 pm.
Very relaxed atmosphere with more of a local crowd.
The food was great. I ordered a BLT on white and it was very tasty with the potato chips they make. (Lots of crispy bacon.)Thank goodness light on the pepper, and they brought ranch to the table too which I dipped the chips in and took out the rest of the heat.

My husband ordered a burger and fries.
The service was super and quicker than expected given that they are understaffed. My drink was delicious.

They are very popular here in Johnstown. We have stopped by a couple of other times on the weekend in prior months and it’s crowded with no tables available.

Very clean, not a noisy environment. Family friendly and also nice for drinking with friends or eating alone. The food was incredible, got a burger that was cooked exactly how I asked, was clearly fresh quality beef and well seasoned for a very fair price. Minus one star because the service wasn’t great, staff was friendly but very very slow. I waited about 15 minutes before I was even given a menu after I sat down and the only other customers present were 2 people drinking quietly at the bar, I watched as the 3 servers stood around chatting and glancing over at me. Food is great, pricing great, atmosphere is great, but service is definitely an area for improvement.

Chicken fried steak was good, also we had patty melt and blackened blue burger. All good. The home made french fries and chips are to die for. We were there during the Broncos the same the place was packed and so pumped for the Broncos to win!

Nice local bar, rock music, friendly patrons. Stopped in here after an evening at The Immortal bar and it’s a good place to either start your night or end your night. Overall it’s a friendly neighborhood bar.

I like the food and waitresses for the most part, but if you’re going here to watch games, you’re better off going down the street to Wing Stop or elsewhere. I’ve been to many sports bars, and most are respectful of the fact that fans may want to watch more than just the Broncos. They were showing my NFL team game, but when it went into OT and they changed ALL 8 TVs to the Broncos. Even after asking if it’s possible to put one TV on my game so I can watch the last few minutes in OT, nope. There were even other groups rooting for this game, though that shouldn’t really matter.

Either way, that’s not a real sports bar. A real sports bar doesn’t ignore patrons’ reasonable requests. They should remove the “Sports Grill” from their name. I’ll choose the other places that actually run their business like a real sports bar. Just putting this out there so other fans like me can make more informed choices on which establishments to spend our money and time at.
