I didn’t know how small it was going to be but I’ll keep it short. Someone has a heavy tolerance on sodium, please-pretty please taper that off. Like it was a really high level of salty. I wouldn’t recommend to elders or young little ones, would cause something unintentional.

I LOVE Cassano’s pizza! I grew up in Springfield but I’ve lived in Columbus for 25 years. Nothing better than coming back and getting those wonderful squares of goodness! Super thin crust, diced veggies that give you all the flavors in every bite. And that seasoning on the crust. Addicting! Columbus like to your “Columbus Style” pizza, but I grew up with this style in Springfield. Get some!

Ordered online for pickup (app said 20 minutes). Arrived at the drive thru, the girl said she didn’t have an order for me. I showed her my phone, she magically found the order, and brought out a large pizza and 2 sodas (not my order). She said she thought my order was a different one and that they were making my pizza now. 25 minutes had already passed. I sat at the drive thru window for 20 more minutes with another car behind me. There was no one in sight behind the counter the whole time I sat there. They must’ve all been hiding in the back. I finally rang the bell at the window and a young guy came to the window. I said I was checking on my order and that there were more customers behind me and that the girl never asked me to pull forward or anything. He looks out the window at the other car and says, “it’s alright”, and walked away. By this time the woman behind me was on her way into the store and was understandably heated! I finally got my luke warm, overcooked pizza and went home. I sat down to eat and it was the saltiest thing I’ve ever put in my mouth in my entire life (I ordered light salt). Completely inedible. I called customer service and they transferred me to the district manager and said if she doesn’t answer she’s on another call and she’ll call you right back. LOL, yeah, right. I’m still waiting. I won’t be going back.

When they built the new restaurant we went there couple times in a row and felt a pizza was burnt. We was really craving Cassano’s this last couple weeks and we return to order it from the restaurant hoping maybe there was some improvement…. There is a young manager working there and if she makes your pizza it is great I wish I knew her name cuz I would sure give her a shout out. We We now feel confident that if we want Cassano’s East main’s a place we’re going to go!

This place was wonderful! My daughter had spaghetti without meatballs and she ate it with no problem, which is rare because she hates spaghetti! I had a salad with no meat and it was beyond falavorfull. My husband had pizza and he loved it. In fact, he wanted one to go, but the service was kinda slow, but we didn’t complain, he didn’t need another anyway!

What can you say about Cassanos? They make great pizza. We Like to order the deluxe. I’ve eaten them since I was a kid at the mall. They are a bit pricey, so it’s more of a treat than a habit, but they are well worth it.

As a Doordasher, it’s understood sometimes an order isn’t ready yet. But when it’s sitting in the windows while an employee in the kitchen is sitting in a chair, can see me standing there waiting for it, and is just too busy on her phone to be bothered, it’s frustrating.
