I try not to complain but are we so serious right now? I waited an hour for you to deliver for this. Before the driver had the chance to leave, box was opened and I stopped him. Says he can’t do nothing, I have to call. I call your number and explain I want a refund. Instead of being understanding your representative says I have to wait another hour for you to deliver again and refuses the refund? This was the best pizza shop in town. Wait times have become ridiculous whether you pick up or deliver just for this. This isn’t a way to conduct business.

placed an order (4:58 pm) with Cassanos call center, gave them phone number and address Ridgewood Rd W, Springfield Ohio. They said it would be about 1 1/2 hours! Driver called, they sent him to ridgewood rd e! Wrong address, sandwiches were ice cold! Called to complain and was told all they could do was reorder (and wait another 1 1/2 hours) or credit $10 on an order that cost me $22.98, driver was courteous and apologetic! Placed phone call to manager but of course nobody there to answer! Most inconsiderate restaurant that I have seen in long time! When they said they can’t give full refund because we might have eaten it! Told them to send driver back to pick up ICE COLD steak sandwiches! Said they can’t do that! And I told them that they just tell me to discard items, because they won’t take back food! Nobody has contacted me, prefer e-mail, but if you call leave message and I can call back, though with experience with this place, I won’t hold my breath!

I usually give you a 4 to 5 star rating as you do an excellent job . However New Year’s Eve I ordered 2 supreme pizzas . Mine is always lightly baked with extra cheese . When I received my pizza it was over baked rubbery . Nothing like the texture it normally is . I’m very disappointed as I order every week and get really good pizzas . My son got the original crust and said his was ok so I don’t know what’s going on. Why can’t we get chip chip cookie anymore???

Terrible pizza tonight. Was 45 minutes late, cold and dry. Ate a few pieces and threw it away. It didn’t even warm up well in the oven or air fryer. Disappointed & disgusted with this store. N Bechtle Ave is soooo much better, but they don’t deliver to our house. They did refund half our money.

A really cute place. I’ve lived in the area for almost 30 years. I’ve gotten pizza delivered from this location countless times, but I never took the time to go inside.
It was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I’m glad I visited this location. We called and ordered ahead. When we arrived it was hot, fresh, and ready.
Cassano’s has always been my favorite pizza, so it would be hard to disappoint me.
Except that time they started making peanut butter pizza. It wasn’t good.
Anyway, thank you South Limestone location, for many years of outstanding pizza!

Dirty and old inside, needs a remodel. Soda fountain was out of order. We opted to make it
to go while ordering and they still took 35 minutes when I was told 10-15.

Every time we get a pizza here we ask ourselves why we don’t order here every time! Our pepperoni and mushroom pizza was still hot by the time I got home and it was excellent.
