I visited Casano’s on Indian Ripple and ordered two large pizzas in store. The wait time was about 40 minutes, which was already longer than expected. When the pizzas came out, both were extremely burnt. One pizza had a crust that was literally burned off in parts, and about a quarter of it was completely destroyed. The second pizza was also blackened, just not quite as bad. I have photos but I’m not sure how to attach them.

I called the store to ask about a refund or credit, but was told I would need to bring the pizzas back in order to receive a refund. Unfortunately, that was not possible since the location is out of the way and I still needed dinner for my family. They offered store credit, but it became complicated because I ordered in person and did not have a phone number attached to the order. What should have been a simple resolution turned into a frustrating back and forth.

Eventually, I left a message with the district manager for my area, who said they would call me back on a different day. Overall, this experience was disappointing, from the quality of the food to the difficulty resolving the issue

Great pizza! We loved the thin and crispy crust with the perfectly melted cheese and toppings. The pizza cut in small squares is uniquely Cassano’s. The service was friendly. The restaurant is a bit old but still serves a great classic Dayton pizza. Highly recommend

I ordered online around 5:40 PM with a quoted 20-minute pickup time but didn’t get my pizzas for nearly an hour. When I arrived, I was told there was only one employee working, which I understood, but the whole process was chaotic — unclear timing, a delivery driver handling dough with long, loose hair, and the employee stepping away to the restroom mid-order.

When I quietly asked if they could offer something small for the long wait (like a soda), I was met with attitude and a loud “I can’t just be giving away my inventory.” After such a long delay and confusion, that response really sealed the experience. I’ve been a regular, but this visit showed a serious lack of coordination, professionalism, and care for customers.

Once again, Cassanos pizza is freaking awesome!!! Cassano’s is a must have if for the Dayton area!

This was the first time I had this location of Cassano’s, and it did not disappoint. The pizza crust was crisp along the edges and soft center, very hot very tasty always great.

Ordered a small deluxe add bacon light cheese on a timed order for 8PM, received a bacon only after being charged for the deluxe plus bacon..pizza was still good, but major left turn from my order. Not going to make it personal, food was still good, but out a few bucks off of an order botch. Will order again but hopefully they can get another delivery order right :/

Cassano’s is my favorite so I’m always happy getting to go there.
This location was clean. The staff was nice and helpful. I love their Wall of Fame, something I hadn’t seen before.
This was my first visit to this location and if I’m in the area, I will stop by again.

Sad to say-my favorite pizza place is receiving a ONE Star because of the rudest ( female with long hair) employee that I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. Sad, Indian Ripple location.

Great visit to this Beavercreek location today. The staff team was very friendly and helpful.
The food was served at the right temperature with fresh taste and colorful presentation. Facility is clean and well organized with proper sanitation procedures. I definitely plan to return again soon for another good meal here.

Great pizza at a local chain that is different from most other types of pizza. Thin pepperoni is my choice but the crumble Italian sausage is also very good.

My family and I met out of town friends at the Indian Ripple store, as they do not have Cassanos where they live and were wanting it. My fiancé and I were the last to arrive after everyone else already had ordered the pizzas and gotten their drinks. We went to the counter to order our own drinks. We had to wait over 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us, despite the fact they saw us through the little window. They were too busy standing back there on their phones, while a small child was eating pepperonis (that in itself was gross to me). Finally, a man came to the window and said “She will be right with you” as if he couldn’t help us or get someone to help us. A few minutes later, someone came out and said, “It will be five minutes.” I told her that we only needed to order drinks, which she acted as if she was confused, then said, “I’ll have to get the manager and see if there’s anything we can do.”

We then waited for another five minutes before the manager came out. I was stunned at how rude she was. She would not even look at us. She took our card and then gave us the receipt as she yelled “These are the bathroom codes. On the bottom. They’re on the bottom. ON THE BOTTOM.” We were so confused as she was so rude and acting as if we had tried to go to the bathroom, which we hadn’t. We were thrilled to be finished interacting with her.

As we sat and later ate our food, we watched person after person walk in and have the same experience as we did, waiting in line without being helped. At one point, this older lady waited for well over 10 minutes without someone even acknowledging her. She tried shouting, “Hello!?” through the window but still had no luck. There became a line of five people waiting with no one helping them. Some of them left, while others told anyone who came in that it wasn’t worth it, causing other customers to leave.

Personally, I am not the biggest pizza fan but love Cassano’s. Unfortunately, I found the way we were treated to be horrendous and would not recommend anyone else ever going.
