First time coming here and it was really good! Friendly staff clean place. They made a mistake on the pizza toppings and immediately offered to replace it no fuss. Definitely will stop in every time we pass through!

Every time I come Dayton and I been coming here all my life, this is the 1st stop I make because I loved this pizza so much, but this time something had change and I believe it was the crust. The crust was the best part because it had it’s unique taste and now it just don’t taste the same and I’m so disappointed. Whatever yall changed, change it back because it don’t taste good like it use too. If it’s not broke, please don’t fix it .

Let me say the service will go down if your management team don’t straighten up. Chelsea needs to know aint no I in team and when you ego trip and argue with your team instead of communicating effectively with your team to service the public she will argue ego trip degrade and send home with bring business down. I pray you work on your attitude to help brung up revenue. You may run the store but Cassanos owner will evaluation you leadership abilities. Surprised that guy still wanted to eat there!!!

I have been getting Cassanos pizzas for probably over 50 years. Only now when in the Dayton area do I get a chance.to order it. Got a medium deluxe Thursday night and I could not eat it. The crust was extremely salty and I don’t think there was any tomato sauce on it. This never happened in the past
I took it back to the store on Friday (yesterday) and the employees willingly made me a replacement. I ordered 2 more to take back to the Akron area. All the pizzas were fine. I have never had to specify light salt in the past. They are still salty but near what I’ve had in the past. A closing comment is the two ladies behind the counter were working their tails off. They are hard workers and deserve a thank you for making things right.

Recommended by a friend from the area, and it did not disappoint! Delicious thin crust pizza with finely chopped pieces of toppings! The tried and true cheese and pepperoni was also great! Staff was helpful with choosing sizes and explaining the toppings of the deluxe and super deluxe pizzas! Atmosphere is kind of plain, but it doesn’t matter because it’s all about the pizzas!

pizza is always good got the big cheese with green olives…. but went to get fountain soda… $3.69 for regular size…. DUDE REALLY…. yall got like ¢60 in it.. what’s with the gouge?!?! Must be why they don’t advertise the cost of the drinks on the menu.. you can get a pint of beer cheaper than a pop? really?

AWFUL PIZZA. The cheese is rubbery and super greasy. It’s like chewing on a pencil eraser. I asked for well-done and got almost raw crust. They did a terrible job cutting it and it was difficult to pull apart. I can’t tell you how disgusting this pizza is. Go somewhere else.
And you cannot build-your-own in a small size, you HAVE to get a large. So if you want to pick your own toppings, you have to pay for a large, which is stupid. Surely, they could take a small crust and put two toppings on it. Now I’m stuck with a $19 terrible pizza that I don’t want the leftovers of.
Oh, and they were out of something we wanted, so they called and left a message to call back. It turns out YOU CANNOT CALL THE STORE DIRECTLY. It goes to a call center and they have no idea what they’re doing or what to do to help you. So have fun with that.
We’re sticking with Marion’s.

This location of cassano’s is a very big, lots of places that sit. Pretty much all Booth sitting also set up to where your booth is pretty private. I ordered to go, it was done literally in 10 minutes. ended up staying to eat because the atmosphere was very welcoming.
